Very poor quality--but at least it was expensive. This is the worst performing refrigerator I have ever seen much less purchased. Bosch focuses on appearance but not function. Almost everything breaks within three years. It appears the name Bosch no longer stands for quality. The Bosch name is now defined by cheaply made products that only appear to be good. This is one of several Bosch 800 series appliances we purchased for a new kitchen and all were advertised as "luxury" but are, in fact, very low quality.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
