Beautiful range! Bosch is a great brand. Having the kitchen redone and will have the opportunity to actually use the range.

The product came defective with the over burner not igniting. Bosch service has visited twice and the oven still doesn't work. Bosch service setup appointment a month out to repair it. Product was not fixed in the first visit. 2nd visit was scheduled another month out. It was still not fixed. Now a third visit has been setup. Meanwhile we have not been able to use the product at all - it has been 4 months since purchase. Bosch refuses to refund the money for the product.

We still have not received the oven. We are very frustrated. We payed 4500 dollars and on day of delivery after we had to wait a month. We get a phone call that a tree fell on the delivery truck and we need to reschedule. We rescheduled for today Tuesday 1/2 and have heard nothing. I called and they don’t know what’s going on and have to look into it. We are total tech members and spend a lot of money with your company. We are very disappointed.

The oven will not turn on, it takes multiple tries to get it on. Only had 2 weeks, not impressed would not purchase again.

I recently added this beauty to my Bosch kitchen. It cooks beautifully and is simple to operate. I could not be happier with this purchase.

This review is in 2 parts - one is for the range, the other for the installation. Range is great - well designed and built. Lacks bells and whistles compared to others, but it excels in performance. However, the installation was a complete joke. Pro Delivery, the contractor, incorrectly installed the gas line which was leaking gas when they left. The crew didn't even bother to correctly install the oven shelves and left the range below the correct counter height. Best Buy didn't bother to correct the situation when I contacted customer service - no help and no concern. Overall, Best Buy is a big box retailer in decline. Bye Bye, Best Buy
