We replaced an older KitchenAid cooktop, which we were not very happy with. My wife totally raves about this one. She especially likes the bridge element for use with her griddle. Super easy to operate and the surface cleans up very nicely.

However Best Buy delivered it broken and refused to replace the product without us paying additional for the next model up as this was open box. We refused and returned the product as we can't do business with a company that can't stand behind their products and service. And because we returned the product rather than keep a shattered cooktop they rescinded the 150$ gift card for our troubles. Never shopping here again. Pacific kitchen DBA Best Buy are garbage
