Fast, even heat and easy cleanup. The surface does not burn spills like regular electric b/c the surface does not produce heat. It only gets hot from the heat transfer from the pot or pan itself. This means that spills do not burn to the surface like a regular electric stove. The speed is unbelievable. I would never go back to gas or regular electric again.

Heats things up very fast and keeps it at a nice constant temp. Also like that it has a timer right on the cooktop so you can easily keep track.

The product fit nicely in the hole where my Jenair one was. I havent had it too long yet and this is my first induction cooktop. So far I like how it cleans up, I like the timer built in and I like the control of the cooking temp and how quickly it cools off....I went to best buy and asked them to price match which they did quickly. Before going there had gone to another large store that carries Bosch and they couldn't give me the time of day. Best Buy delivered the top exactly as promised. Would buy again

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I received a faulty product from Best buy (one of the 4 burners shuts off within seconds) and will be returning the product. Best Buy was HORRIBLE with my customer service issue. I spent 2 hours on the phone with them over the weekend. I was sent to several agents before finding one who could help. After two hours (and one agent who returned and ordered the wrong product for me), I was told that even though Best Buy delivered me a faulty product, I would have to pay to have a new one put in, and that I would need to email corporate if I wanted this fee waived. Please note I had bought all new appliances and spent nearly $9,000 in total; Best Buy then wanted to charge me additional fees resulting from their sending me a faulty product. SUMMARY: Product Delivered was faulty. Best Buy customer service was horrible. I am contemplating returning and buying elsewhere.
