This fridge is incredible. Best parts include: - efficient use of space inside - lighting when opened - ice maker is next level - under-stated Design from outside - water filter inside (personally don’t like outside ones)

After months of reviewing refrigerators, I choose the Bosch brand. Though pricier than most, it was worth it. Firstly, it's a true counter depth - which was important to me! I saw it in the BB showroom and loved the color (not overall shiny) and modern handles. It's sleek, quiet and easy to use. The interior water filter and ice work well. And as an added bonus - barely any fingerprints!

Great refrigerator! Love how spacious and roomy it is and how bright it is on the inside. It's such a change from our old refrigerator where it was so deep and not as well lit that we ended up throwing out food because it was either too far back or too dark to see. Love how the freezer has several compartments as well, also very well lit.

So far so good! Replaced another brand that had issues with freezing coils and a broken ice maker. Chose this one because of its reputation and the fact that the ice maker is in the freezer + water is inside. We were pleasantly surprised by the amount of space vs our old refrigerator. The old one claimed to be the same interior size but had an ice maker inside the refrigerator and it took up way more space than we realized. With this configuration, not only did we gain space on the interior shelves but the shelves on the door are deeper so it made a difference in more ways than expected. We were initially worried about losing space in the freezer (due to the location of the ice maker) but it’s well laid out as well and the drawers/shelves maximize the available space. We give this one two thumbs up!

I like the three shelves in the freezer and the smaller, adjustable containers in the refrigerator. It is smaller than I am used to but it works for a smaller family. Plenty of lighting throughout. The middle refrigerator drawer is the length of the fridge and sometimes sticks when opening.

Overall happy with this fridge - keeps things cold and seems to maintain temps well even with a lot of opening and closings. Not too sure if the fancy settings on the drawers do much, have not noticed vegetables staying fresh longer, but they certainly don't hurt either. My main complaint is the main door with the flap that swings shut to seal does not close by itself - you have to make sure it's closed. I have adjusted the hinges and leveled to where it tries but just can't get over the friction. All in all I would probably buy again,

I love all the little added storage shelves this has. I was not expecting that. And there is also a water dispenser inside the door...so cute. I also was not expecting that. I had to have a counter depth fridge and I was worried about not having enough room. It's great

We couldn't be happier with the pricing and performance of our Bosch-800 Series 21 Cu. Ft. French Door Counter-Depth Smart Refrigerator. The black stainless steel goes with our new 2-tone (black and siena) cabinets so well! Plus, the quality and security Bosch offers cannot be beat!

I will start off by saying I truly do like this fridge as it fits my other Bosh appliances and kitchen very well. There are a few things that I wasn’t aware of until after purchasing this fridge. The first one being the refrigerant used in this fridge is flammable, not really an issue As this is common in many refrigerators today, but something I missed in my research and other buyers should be aware of. Thankfully this fridge has Wi-Fi and notifies you when you leave a door open, because unfortunately it requires a little extra push to close the right door, vs other fridge doors you can just give a shove of the door and it closes on its own, this one will not close on its own. This isn’t an issue with leveling of the fridge as I made sure the fridge was leveled per the instructions and that the doors were properly adjusted per instructions. It just doesn’t have enough spring force built into the door to allow it to close on its own. Lastly be very aware of your toes when using the freezer. The door is a bit lower than other French door fridges and you will crush your toes if you are not paying close attention to where your feet are when opening the bottom freezer door. Overall I am happy with my purchase, just a few tweaks of my normal fridge interactions to avoid toe injuries and ensure the French door on the right is always closed after using the fridge.

Counter depth is the way to go, its a bit smaller on the inside, but with it. I like that you can hang magnets on the front, most other stainless you cannot. Love the water being inside instead of water always dripping down in the front. Ice maker is also a lot larger and I don't run out of ice now

We wanted a professional refrigerator but when we looked at them along with the Bosch, it was more impressive. It fits beautifully in our kitchen with our other professional appliances. And having the filtered water dispenser inside adds to the sleekness. Plenty of food storage and thoughtful shelves in the doors.

Honestly the best refrigerator we have ever owned. Lighting is awesome and adjustable. Great amount of usable space in fridge and freezer. Quality built. Dual compressors and evaporators. High end appliance without the high end price tag. Great value. Ice cubes are pyramid shaped. Fingerprint free finish. Well worth the money for something truly used on a daily basis.

The quality and capacity is exactly what we needed...Our previous Fridge(not a Bosch) froze food in the refrigerator section and the food in the freezer never froze completely. There was always water in the ice tray.

Excellent product. Was fortunate to find this in open box and get it for about $3,000 off. There is a small dent on the door but that does nothing to impact the quality of the fridge. Dual compressors is amazing for redundancy and keeping the unit quiet. Also, it has a lot of space for the size.

Beautiful simple fridge from the front. Clean, organized and bold looking on the inside. Does the job as intended.

We love how this refrigerator looks, very spacious & very quiet. GREAT ice cubes! Keeps ice cream frozen perfectly. So far its the best refrigerator we've owned.

We love the look! And the shelving space, and the ice maker, and the lighting and most everything about it...except it is truly counter-depth so it is very shallow. A 12-pack of soda doesn't even fit the long way. We knew it was counter-depth when we bought it, but experiencing it is something else.

Efficient and quiet. Design is good in that we went from a full depth to a counter depth and hardly notice that it has less space.

My new Bosch is beautiful and I am impressed with all of the storage functions. There are so many ways to store different items. I also love that the icemaker can very easily be turned off & on as needed. The unit is very quiet.
