Not what I hoped for
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Biggest problem: I accepted that Bosch takes a smaller load than most other dishwashers; what I didn't realize is that the arrangement of the tines, especially on top, are suited for narrow mugs and glasses only. I do not have huge dishware, but apparently it is larger than what this machine was designed for. Loading the dishwasher requires an engineering degree. I suggest bringing in your dishes and glasses to try loading before purchasing. While it cleans well enough (though those of us with hardwater will still have streaks), and is quiet, it is also difficult to pull out the top and bottom shelves. If I had done my homework better, I would not have purchased.
