I really like this dish washer. The dishes come out very clean

Overall an excellent dishwasher in the $600 price range. Stainless steel looks awesome, towel bar is handy. The only minor complaint I have is that some of the tines in the lower rack are too close together, making it difficult at times to place pans flat against the bottom.

After reading the reviews I decided to try the Bosch dishwasher. I wasn't really impressed with the way it cleaned dishes early on. Several times we had to rewash the dishes because there was crusted food particles in the glasses. I have tried all the expensive cleaning pods and detergents and those didn't seem to make a difference either. I also tried running the dishwasher half full and dishes still did not come out clean. Finally after 3 years, it stopped working all together. I had Jennair before this and it lasted 15 years. I will never buy a Bosch again. My mother purchased one and said she has been disappointed in it as well. She said that the dishes need to be lightly cleaned before putting them in....whats the point of a dishwasher then? The only good thing I can say is that it was quiet but as far as cleaning dishes, its the worst dishwasher I have owned.

Good for daily use. Sure a nice product. Worth the price that we paid for it.

My husband and I bought this dishwasher as our GE was disgusting and ready to be chunked. I absolutely love this dishwasher as its super quiet and has several cycles to help conserve energy. The only drawback to this dishwasher is that it doesn't cut itself off after it finishes cleaning... It just keeps beeping until you get up to go turn it off. Love that it has no exposed heating element, SS interior, and the large particle collector. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase!

I had a limitation as to the dishwasher I could purchase because of height restraints. I put a tile floor in our kitchen replacing a linoleum floor which the cabinets were installed on. The problem is that I lost an inch plus of space for the dishwasher. This was one of few that were shorter than most plus the bottom was made of plastic which helped me cut down the dishwasher to fit. That being said... Out of the brands available I thought getting a Bosch was the best choice. They are known for quality, higher-end products. The dishwasher is a tad small compared to other models. There are specific areas for specific dishes. Large pans, bowls, etc fill this thing up extremely quick. We are a family of 3 so it fills up in about 3-4 days. Compared to the 12 year old dishwasher we had this thing is as quiet as expected. There are models more quiet but this one is pretty good. I would give it an 8 out of 10 for that end of it. It does wash the dishes well and for the most part there are spotless but the majority of the dishes will have water residing on them. Like another user said, you have to towel dry almost all of them. This is part of Bosch's non-heated drying system. Now I know why other people have stayed away. I have been able to resolve some of it by opening the door after the cycle...but should I really have to do that? So every manufacturer says to not rinse off your dishes. If your dishes have any food on them you start to get mold growing on them. It's not like my dishes are sitting in there a month...I'm talking a few days. It's ridiculous. I basically have to rinse my dishes clean to prevent this. So why do I even need a dishwasher then? Also, as another user has stated, the odor from this thing is horrible! This is brand new with a brand new hose. I've used it for a month. This is unreal. It's not like it's a few years old where it would require a cleaning...it's brand new. I have heard nothing from Bosch about these issues. Obviously I cannot return since I had to modify it to fit.

I almost cancelled my order after reading some of the below average reviews, but I'm glad I didn't. The dishwasher cleans well, and is quiet. What more could I want? I don't care about bells and whistles on a dishwasher. I don't need 10 different wash cycles. 99% of the time I am going to run it through auto. I don't have fine china, and if I did, I would probably hand wash it anyways. Not worth spending more $ for features I wouldn't use anyways. This inexpensive Bosch is a great way to get the best brand of dishwasher at a great price. I did notice that my dishes did not come out very clean the first time. I had the temperature on my water tank set relatively low, so I increased it a bit. Problem solved. I've also read many other complaints about different Bosch dishwashers not drying well. RTFM. Run on sanitize and use a rinse agent.

This is our first dishwasher, so we were excited just to have it. There are only two of us, which is fine, because large dishwashers have such a big capacity that it would take us forever to fill it up/run it. This one, however, is a little small and I've found that I need to run it every 3 days or so. I'd have to wash the dishes anyway, and research says that using the dishwasher is more energy efficient, but the small capacity is something to note for those customers with large families who don't want to run it all the time.

Overall I am very pleased with my purchase. The installers were professional and did a very thorough job. The dishwasher itself looks beautiful inside and out. My only complaint is that the inside tub seems to be a bit small, even for a small family of three. Not a big deal but will inevitably end up washing more loads. Good quality overall though.

This dishwasher performs better than my old Whirlpool. However, dishes are very wet and have to be towel dried after each cycle. The machine runs very quietly and cleans the dishes well, especially silverware. They are just wet and have to be dried with a towel

This is a great dishwasher. It is more quiet than my last Bosch. It gets everything spotlessly clean. My kitchen and living area are connected and I don't have to worry about the noise of the dishwasher drowning out my TV. I can't even hear it when it is running. It is awesome!

The Pros: -Nice, clean look -Quiet (parts of the cycle) -Cleans better than the builder grade dishwasher it replaced The Cons: -Pretty small drawers... you really have to get your dish organization down to a science. Even then, it definitely does not have as much storage space as the builder grade dishwasher it replaced. -The inside of our dishwasher started smelling almost immediately after installation... it really stinks. Out of all of the dishwashers I have ever owned, I've never had one that actually stink when you open the door. It's pretty much a constant smell now. -Parts of the cycle aren't as quiet as you would expect... in fact, parts of the cycle are much louder than the builder grade dishwasher it replaced. Bottom line... we would not purchase this dishwasher again. Perhaps another Bosch model???
