Very comfortable ear piece I only wish it offered a few more features. Especially when it comes to listening to music.

Forced into obeying our new laws regarding handheld devices, I was introduced to the Bose earbud by a Best Buy sales rep - I'm so glad he did. My intention was to purchase a Plantronics because of my prior history with them but I'm over joyed with the user friendly Bose headset. The earbud and my iPhone have actually made me more efficient in managing my business since Siri can send emails; texts, etc to clients while I drive. I actually purchased a new personal assistant when I bought my Bose earbud.

One of the best headsets on the market. Lost my first one and replaced with the same headset because of quality and sound.

Great BT headset, great sound quality transmitting and receiving... Decent noise reduction, however it could be better tuned to cut down echoes from rooms with poor acoustics.. Also, the battery level indicator is not very effective... It would be a bonus if it had a case with a built in charger !

I have used all kinds of wireless blue tooth devices...Motorola Whisper, Plantronics, and so on... This one rates Highest on my list... It cuts out back ground noise very well... Great sound...I wish I had tried this Bose unit first.. If I had one issue, it would be that the battery life would last 6-8 hours, instead of 2-5 hours... Good One Bose !!!

This is the most comfortable ear piece I have ever worn. I usually forget I'm wearing it until it rings.

After using Plantronics for the past 6-8 years I'm very pleased with my new Boes headset. It's very comfortable from the first day you don't have to get used to it after days of ear pain. The only down fall is the 4.5 hours of talk time and hopefully that will increase soon.

I had one before but broke it. Absolutely loved it so I got a replacement. Expensive but worthit.

Hear incoming and outgoing voices very good and clear, even when window is down in moving truck.

I have tried many headsets over the last few years, but the Bose headset is by far the best that I have experienced. The battery does not last quite as long as some of the other brands but call quality is far superior. This is the third such headset made by Bose that I have owned.

Very confortable piece, you may wear it all day without noticing you have it in your ear.

You can hear great on it and the people I talk to can hear me great on the ear piece.

I purchased my Bose earpiece to replace a Jawbone model that I left in a rental car (one BIG problem with these types of bluetooth earpieces is they are so small and easy to lose). Like other Bose items i have purchased, it has very good sound quality and does a nice job of noise reduction. My only real complaint is that it doesn't tell you how much battery time is left (except for a light on the side that let's you know it's getting close to depleted, which is awkward if you happen to have it in your ear). The battery life is pretty good, but it would be nice to know when it's going to run out. With that caveat I would still recommend this to a friend.

Great Bluetooth Ear Gear! The Bose Bluetooth Ear Piece is the best tool I have found in the market today. I like it so much that when I had to travel out of town for a week and could not locate my past purchase I stopped at Best Buy on the way to the airport to purchase another. I could not imagine traveling without it. Travel was a combination of leisure and work. I can enjoy leisure and stay in touh without cumbersome equipment.

Its the best bluetooth I've ever had all the other hurt my ears. This one is very comfortable and the quality is great sounds good and the other people i speak to say they can't even tell I'm on a bluetooth. I highly recommend this product

This is a good unit as far as sound goes, but does not have any voice activated features. Voice dialing, answering and texting would be nice considering the cost. Headsets that are much less pricey have these features.
