There are always negative reviews and I overlooked them because there were so many more positive ones. But I guess the jokes on me. I had the same issue where the right ear cup cuts out. It's like the connection in the jack is loose. I originally bought these in February of this year and the lasted a good while before I noticed the issue. I just went back and swapped them out since I took out the protection plan thank goodness. Well mid September to first week of October and the same problem has happened. I think I'm just going to take them back and get something cheaper that will work better or just a full refund. I've looked around now and this issue has been reported on other media feedback forums. Too much money for junk.
