The battery still holds a charge very well and have not had any issues with the headphones. They connect to my iPhone every time I turn them on and they have been great. Only thing we have had to replace is the ear cups. After a couple years, the material on the ear cups started to flake off so they needed to be replaced. Obviously, a big draw to these headphones is the noise cancelling. Bose has one of the best noise cancelling technologies on the market and it is always a joy to use. Totally blocks out the background noise so you can enjoy your content without interruption. My wife loves the technology as well. When she feels like she needs to just unplug from the surrounding chaos she throws on the headphones and is able to cancel us out. Well, our loudness anyway. The app works very well also. There you can setup, customize and update your headphones. Overall, I strongly recommend these headphones. Great sound, noise cancelling and durability!

I was very pleased with the sound but unfortunately, as soon as I put them on and the noise cancelling feature blocked all other sounds, I got a headache. I tried using them 3 times (different days) with the same result. I had to return them. I just purchased the Soundlink headphones and will open today in hopes that I don't have the same problem. I love my in ear Bose's.
