Awesome ANC headphone, but unfortunately after a few months of use the headphone is having issues with the power button (the device turns on by itself and stays on after switching off). After extensive search online, this problem seems to be wide spread, a lot of people seem to have the button physically break for them.

I was incredibly impressed with the noise cancellation feature, but less impressed with the sound quality. The bass is good, but the highs and mids are kinda muddled together. Sound quality overall is pretty great, but could be a little better. With the negative out of the way, these headphones are super comfy and look great. Buttons are easy to use and Bluetooth connection was super easy. I can't wait to take these on a plane with the noise cancelling feature!!

I've always been a huge supporter of Bose as I have a Bose speaker I can't live without, however I'm saddened to say not in this case. I bought 2 Bose headphones & returned both. I have no idea how these received so many good reviews bc they absolutely do not get loud! I tried everything, turned up sound on headphones, even went into my iPhone settings & increased sound, no help. I finally googled my trouble, turns out I found all these blogs ppl saying theirs also don't get loud. I saw advice one could try to reset this & a several step process to "attempt" to see if it helped. I'll be honest I didn't not go to that extent as I don't have time & when I buy head phones from Bose, I expext loud & quality. I'm not kidding when I say my $7 JVC headphones put out way more loud sound than these, fact. Buy the Beats by Dr.Dre!

      Hi, Mike.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review on your QuietComfort 35 wireless headphones.

We're very happy to hear that you're enjoying the headset's Bluetooth connection and audio-video synchronization. It is certainly concerning to hear you've experienced difficulty with your play/pause controls. Please note that the QC35's middle button will have its play/pause function disabled if you are using the backup audio cable.

For the best assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team at 1-800-367-4008. They are available M-F 9 AM to 9 PM Eastern, and this team will be glad to help further. Thank you again, and have a great weekend!

I have bought Bose products for 30 years and never have had a Bose purchase fall apart after 2 weeks. Headphones are made cheaply or a I got bad set. The quiet headset is the least quiet I have bought. Lots of extraneous noise.

I've been waiting for these headphones for a year. These headphones are great. They great things about the QC25's and just made it wireless. The pros are: 1. quality 2. battery life 3. comfortable 4. wireless 5. able to connect 2 devices at one time Cons: 1. when talking to someone over the phone it picks up everything around you. 2. it does not come with a inline mic cable. it just comes cable with no mic All in all, it is a great headphone and my goto headphone. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

Excellent Headset Here is My Experience

I read and watched a lot of reviews both here on BestBuy and on Youtube. Found an especially good review on Youtube by innerfidelity he also gave good tips on how to use the product. Then went to my local BestBuy store. Tried out both regular and noise canceling wireless over ear, around the ear sets by Bose, Sony, Beats, Senheiser and Skull Candy. Liked them in that order Bose being #1. Went back and forth between the various sets. The Bose demo display helped me make my final decision. There is a a switch on the display that allows you to connect your own device by bluetooth to the demo headphones. Listening to the demo music provided on the various demo displays was mostly annoying. Being able to hear my own music and podcasts, etc. from my own phone took out all the guess work on how it would sound with my equipment. Almost went with the non noise canceling Bose set. Sounded good but exterior sounds will make their way in. All the non noise canceling headsets had that problem. Liked the Sony 1000. But found it a bit bulkier in size, I thought a bit muddier in sound. BUT it may have been the demo display. What I am finding after a week: Sound quality excellent. Hearing detail with this set I never heard on my wired middle of the road headset. Tip Turn volume to 10 on your phone, then turn the volume down to a comfort level on the headset. Comfortable fit. Took a little while to get use to them now can wear them for hours no problem. Noise canceling excellent. Can’t hear any of the outside world. No problem with the noise canceling feature. Battery life excellent. Tip first time fully charge it before using. Range a solid 20 feet from my iPhone. Phone feature works great. Called someone and they could not tell the difference between a call using the phone and a call with the headphones. I'd give this headphone a try. Save all the packaging. I believe with BestBuy you have 14 days to make your final decision.

    Amazing Headphones. Finally No Wires!!

I owned the QC25 for about 2 years and have been a huge fan. My one major complaint of the QC25 is that bluetooth was not an option. Now Bose has fulfilled my wishes with the release of the QC35. I've owned the headphones for about a week and have used them for roughly 6-7 hours. I still have 70% battery life from the initial charge. As far as sound quality goes, they sound the same as the QC25, which is exactly what I wanted. If you're in the market for some wireless over the ear headphones, definitely check out the Bose QC35.
