I just purchased these on sale last night. So far no complaints! They are extremely easy to connect via Bluetooth. The packaging feels premium and the carrying case is really awesome! I'm sitting at my desk at work today and they must be testing the HVAC system because all the vents are on at full blast. With noise canceling turned on, the background noise seems to be decreased by at least 90%. My last pair of high end noise cancelling headphones were monster inspiration. I can already tell that they are way more comfortable and more effective noise cancelling. It just feels like an overall more premium product. I am going to be taking a bunch of transatlantic international flights over the next year and I'm super excited to use these! My one gripe is that I wish they included a headphone to lightening jack cable in the box. Even though I plan to use these headphones mostly over Bluetooth, its a nice feature to still be able to use them if the battery dies. Now I'll have to remember to keep my lightening to 3.5mm female jack in the carrying case. I'll update my review in the future if anything changes.

These Bose headphones are everything that you would expect from this glorious brand! The initial setup took less than 1 minute, the bass is loud even at lower levels, and the noise reduction is unreal!!! I would definitely recommend picking up a set of these to escape for a bit and enjoy music that way that it is supposed to sound.

I love these headphones! I must say the second variant of the Bose Q35's are almost the best headphones I have ever used. First off, the addition of the Google Assistant button was in my eyes the best idea they could have came up with. It was a tad buggy until I did the firmware update. I love the way it reads notifications and reads back to me texts. The pairing of the headphones were seamless on my Android, only took seconds and had them working. Sound is the only lacking issue for me, they are typical Bose sound but with a lot less bass than normal. I would have liked to see the amount of bass like the first series. Battery life is top notch, 2 full 9 hour work days and didn't miss a beat. Charging is quick, only takes a few hours to fully charge. Thanks Bose for creating a very nice set of headphones, I enjoy all my Bose products. This is a copy of my original review submitted 4 years ago and I still use these headphones today. I have only replaced the foam cups once and the still hold an 8 hour charge. I have upgraded this from 4 to 5 stars!

Not good, sound cancelling is very cheap to be considered "world best sound cancelling" and Bluetooth skips so, so much. Not worth 360 dollars!!!!

It's a bit heavy. It lacks additional features than just noise canceling. It's not comfortable at all when worn since adjustments are limited.

I'm not a heavy user. I do like these headphones but when it suddenly decides to never turn off again, it became really annoying and not worth the $370 spent on them. I've looked over for all kinds of solutions but nothing works and this is apparently a common issue for bose. I don't think I'll ever buy bose again. Such a design flaw for such expensive headphones can't be overlooked.

Poor quality for a high end products especially with Bose name attached. Wire jack is very poor constructed and very hard to get contact signal

As with many 1 star review my problem doesn't differ. The headphone are excellent when they work but they do have one terrible flaw; the switch to turn on/off the bluetooth and also to pair it with a device. When this happen the switch loses its tension and you can no longer turn them on, off or pair with a device. I do not recommend these headphone, you are risking a $400+ headphone to a simple design flaw that needs to be change.

I purchased these headphones to use on my commute to work. I travel very early in the morning and would constantly nap when one of my associates would drive. My naps would always be interrupted by an associate who would snore incredibly loudly. I finally decided to invest in a pair of top of the line headphones and found these. I instantly fell in love with them. I would no longer hear his snoring or much of anything else. The sound quality is impeccable. They are by far the most comfortable object I have ever had wrapped around my head. I have never had any issues when I'm connected via Bluetooth. This is truly a flawless product. I don't recommend you waste any more time reading these reviews. I recommend you stop reading this, go out right NOW, and purchase these headphones. Don't think about the price when you're handing over your money to the cashier. Just think about the amazing decision you've made to purchase these headphones.

I liked nearly everything about the Bose QC35 except I could not get past the white noise in a single earpiece. Most report the problem as being the right channel. With mine, it was the left channel that made a constant whooshing noise.Had to return. Much better option is the Voyager Focus by Plantronics. While the ANC is not as good it has as good or better sound with more features and it costs more than 10% less.

I started to get ear piercing feedback while listening to you tube meditation, contacted Bose they said the headphones are defective but not to worry they would replace them for $294 since they were older than a year. I feel that $350 headphones should last more than 18 months. Then they offered to replace them for $194, I’m still very disappointed with my whole experience!!

These are the best sounding and most comfortable headphones I've ever had. The noise cancellation works very well and provides a higher level or listening pleasure. The sound is extremely accurate and free of distortion. I have zero complaints and feel like they are well worth the money. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

for the money I spent on this product I expected more. Couldn't never get it to skip to next song so If I wanted to change songs I had to take my phone out of my pocket to either go back to the beginning or go to next song. Also the battery just died and won't even charge now. IF you do buy it get the protection plan b/c I only had mine for a little over a year when it died.

Convenient verbal update for charge strength and not heavy. I don't notice the weight increase from QC25; esp. with the comfort of superior ear cushions. Could wear headphones for hours and forget the noises of life; completely lost in quiet comfort.

Great overall sound. Not to bass intense. Noise canceling works well. Feels comfortable even over long periods of time. Folds up to fit in the provided case. App makes it easier to customize the sound a bit more. Overall love using these.

These are my first and last headphones I will buy. These are so comfortable you can't feel them and forget you're wearing them. The sound quality is incredible. I got these a few month after they came out maybe 2 Christmases ago now and I've listened to over an hours worth of music for every dollar I've spent on it easy. I wear these in the hall at high school and you can't even hear people talking it's amazing. I use them about 4 hours a day everyday and one charge lasts me all week. I will say I just tried my friend's Beyerdynamic DT 1990 Pro and they are brand new, not near as comfortable which is not surprising because they had cloth ear cups but the sound quality seemed better. To give perspective they are so good I created an account to leave a good review.

These headphones are great! They sound great, they cancel out surrounding noise effectively, and the battery will last about 10-12 hours of non-stop listening and charging takes no time at all. I work in an office with three other coworkers nearby. These headphones reduce any talking done to a low whisper that is barely noticeable at times. This allows me to limit distractions and focus more. This can be a double-edged sword. I often will not realize that someone is trying to get my attention since I can't hear them speaking. I wish that I could adjust the noise cancellation to make it a little easier to hear people. Overall, these are great sounding and I would highly recommend them.

The unit came without a dongle, so can't be used other than bluetooth. Didn't work even when plugged into computer. Sent 3 emails to bose support and the 1st email they had me reset the QC35 headset, then it wouldn't work at all. They wouldn't answer any of my other emails

Pairing is incompatible with iPhone and mac book pro. also with windows 10

I was unsure about purchasing these due to the price. After going thru a few other headsets that were cheaper I decide to go for it. They are definitely worth every penny. The battery life is 15-20 hours before recharge. I use them for both watching movies on my tablet as well as music etc. I do not use them for phone calls. the sound on movies is so cool feels like surround sound and you can hear every thing, a whole new experience. Music sounds much better as well. noise cancellation is also great. I wear them for hours at a time without discomfort. I cannot even think of anything negative to say about them. again well worth the money if you use them a lot.
