Terrible - already static
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My daughter has had her headphones since Christmas, and has used them carefully, and they are cutting out on her as of yesterday. Please advise what to do. Thank you - Anita

Posted .Thank you for reaching out for help. This is a great gift for your daughter and we want you enjoying them. If they are cutting out, we can start by clearing the pairing list on the headset. With the headphones on, slide and hold the power switch to the right to the Bluetooth symbol for 10 seconds or until you hear "Bluetooth device list cleared". If that doesn't work, let's try another Bluetooth device and compare the results. If it is happening on multiple devices, it'd be best to reach out to our product experts directly. You can email us at [email protected] or by calling 1-800-379-2073. We are open from Mon. – Fri., 9 AM – 9 PM EST.

Ah, just the sound of what I want to hear
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These did an excellent job of cancelling out the airplane trip noise and letting me hear only what I wanted to hear! I upgraded from the wireless Soundlink to this, so I could have the active noise cancelling, and I'm glad I did. The over the head band is comfortable, and the earpieces fit nicely. Pairing was easy (with multiple devices). Sound quality is very good, as one would expect from Bose.

Great until switch broke

If you have had Bose in past, you will like this.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have purchases multiple bose products. I have had 3 sets of their ear buds, which, I think are very reasonable, stay in your ear, and sound fantastic. I also have the bose soundlink mini, much bigger sound and bass than what it looks like. So that brings me to this, based off of reviews, I almost did not even look at these, being universally panned for sound quality in the 300-500 dollar range. Well I tried the Sony pair, that lists for 399, well it sounded good, and felt nice, but once I tried the Bose pair on, it was night and day. Much warmer sound, songs with Bass you could feel it, unlike the Sony whereas it was nearly invisible. I prefer music with more funk and soul, where I hear/feek the bass drum and guitar. I don't want rattling or overcompensated thumps, I want a nice balance, and that is what these do. The sound canceling is fun too, when you turn it on, it beeps, and then you are in complete silence. Now do I think Bose makes the best sounding over ear headphones here, no way. But they check more than enough boxes for 95% of people. I am picky with music, and these, once you also throw in the wireless capablility, it changes your life. So long story short, music quality is very good, compared to some reviews I have read. Also in the past, if I have had an issue past the warranty with a product of theirs, they take care of you.

These beat any over the year on the market in NS
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Reviewed several over the ear wireless with Noise Canceling technology. These headphones are extremely crisp, bass is perfect, range is excellent. Can pair to multiple devices at once. I had it paired to my Macbook, Iphone and Ipad all at once with no issues. Battery life is 10 hours plus with your playing music. One thing to note is you can not turn off just the NS, it's on or off.

Great Headphones, with minor flaw
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bose did a fantastic job in creating the QC35. The sound quality is fantastic. I have used them constantly for about 2 days. The noise-cancellation is exceptional and blocks out almost all noise, even without music playing. They are easy to use and I have not run into any problems with the wireless connection. The sound quality does run into a slight problem with deep bass. There are certainly headphones out there with better quiet sound quality than the QC35. For example, if you are sitting in a completely quiet room, I might prefer some other headphones. But when on an airplane or in a noisy or crowded area, there is no headphones I would rather have than the QC35. I also own the Beats Studio headphones, and I can say that the QC35 is a better all-around headphone. I highly recommend them.

The BEST of the BEST!!!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been using the Bests Studio Wireless for months now and thought there was no better. Today's purchased the Bose QC35 and all I can say is WOW! The are WAY better. They are lighter, more comfortable and the sound is way better. The noise cancellation is FAR superior and I can hardly hear my Toro Diesel mower even running. It is hard to believe how good they work compared to the Beats Studio Wireless, but they are now sitting on a closet shelf while the new Bose QC35 rule!

Better than Sony
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Listened to these in the store and was impressed with the sound quality and the noise cancelling. I was able to pair the display headphones with my phone to hear exactly how my music would play. I decided between these and the $400 Sony Noise cancelling headphones. I was not able to test the Sony model in the store with my music, only the display music that was playing. I ended up purchasing the Sony headphones so I could test them out with my own music. Ended up returning them and getting the bose. Bose had better bass (surprisingly) and an even and full sound quality, the Sony's sounded like they were too high pitched on most notes and lacking mid range and bass. Also, the Sony's had a buzzing tone from the noise cancelling feature when there was no music playing, the Bose headphones were silent. So in my opinion, These are the best when it comes to noise cancelling headphones, and even better sound quality. There's no way the Sony's are better or worth 50 dollars more.

Great and about time
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love these head phones. Immediately from the first time I put them on there silence was evident and awesome. I noticed the whole room almost went quiet. And then aside from the superb sounds quality was the comfort. I use head phones a lot. Ear buds over the rear or on the rear headphones. These are the most comfortable set I've ever worn. I have taken asleep with them on everyday this week. I can also listen for extended periods without discomfort.

BOSE did it again, but even better!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Wow! I have had many headphones, but these are now my go to set. Wireless, bluetooth, hands free calling, and noise cancellation in one compact and amazing package with incredible sound and clarity. Very similar in size as the Bose 25's but way better speakers more than anything. They are super comfortable and fit my big head and ears great. I could wear them all day. The quality is typical Bose and should last forever if taken care of properly. The battery doesn't seem to drop very fast at all. You can download an app as well and name the headphones, monitor battery levels, adjust volume, and pair or unpair devices. Not sure I will really use it though. Be ready to hear every instrument and gaming like never before. My only small gripe is the controls, they are right where the thumb hits when grabbing the right earcup which is nice for usage but when you grab them to slip them off for a second to talk with someone or hear something I have a tendency to hit a button. I have been just trying to remember to use my left hand to avoid any issues. These can be ran without battery as well using a 3.5mm cable but I have yet to try that. Also to those looking for earth shaking bass these are not for you. The bass is adequate and crisp but don't expect anything earth shattering. I have let quite a few friends and co-workers try them out and they are going to definitely pick up a pair, yes every one of them. They also make a great mute device for the spouse haha. Grab a pair, you will not be disappointed.

Get Lost In cYour Own World
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Bose QuietComfort 35 headphones will allow you to do just that. Switch on the noise cancelling and you'll be instantly immersed in your own private environment. This is great for passenger travel of all sorts. A noisy and distracting office becomes a thing of the past. The sound quality of my QC35 cans took a while to really develop, by that I mean the often mythicized burn-in. They were very flat in the beginning but after about 40+ hours of just listening to my eclectic music library they really began to open up. These days they offer crisp highs, slightly recessed mids, and distortion free lows at normal volumes. The comfort factor of these headphones cannot be beat, they are lightweight, non head vice fit. The earcups are very spacious allowing for a cavernous type feel when over your ears. Compared to the Sennheiser PXC-550 and Beats Studio Wireless - I would choose these any day! Despite the PXC-550's having a few gimmicky type features that I wish the QC35's had (touch controls and noise cancelling talk through)... The QC35's are the superior sound producing and cancelling device. Buy them, you won't regret it!

amazing
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So I picked these up the other day along with the sound link sport wireless earbuds... Bose has Hit it out of the park with both of these items... Sound is amazing, and honestly if you want deep body shaking bass, get a good home theater system, this set is amazing. I had to get both because wanted the freedom to do things around the house and still wanted a little something in case i was just relaxing. These simply disappear while you are wearing them, and taking calls is a breeze excellent mic reception. Worth every penny I paid, and though the standby is kinda iffy it doesn't take long for them to charge

The Hype is real. Bose Sound Delivered
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I will start by saying I own 2 pairs of Bose earbuds and a Bose Soundlink Mini. My car has a bose sound system. All of these are by design, as I love the way Bose sounds. There are times I have wondered why Bose sometimes does not get louder on a newer product and after a few minutes of listening, including the QC35's I know why. Bose creates clarity so that they don't need to be overpowering or too loud. While visiting Best Buy on many occasions I tested the soundlink wireless and the QC25's. I have been waiting until Bose offered a WIRELESS NOISE CANCELLING headphone, with the QC35, they have arrived! They sound great, they are comfortable and they block out unwanted sound at a super high level. I give them 2 thumbs up, 5 stars and am super happy with my purchase!

I love the sound deadening feature!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been eyeing the headphones for a while and finally bit the bullet the other day and bought the headphones. The noise cancellation is quite effective and works best on steady noises, although they handle transient noises well, too. I also tested the amount of range you can roam from your bluetooth device whether its a computer, smart device, etc. As an anecdote, I placed my smartphone in my gym bag and placed it in a cubbyhole at the gym where I work out. Headphones work fine with no connection loss and I was a good 15 feet away at first, then went to a far station to work out... probably a good 25 feet and still had no problems. Also at the gym, it was a good place to see how well the headphones handled transient noises, like clink noises from weights & exercise equipment, for example. The headphones handled such noises very well. They can be heard but hardly noticeable when you have your music going. When I first bought the headphones, they had firmware 1.0.8 and while my phone had no problems with audio dropouts, the laptop didn't fare so well. upgraded the firmware to 1.2.9, power cycled the headphones and the dropouts went away. In order to upgrade firmware, you need the Bose connect app on you smart device, or use an app from Bose.com for your PC or Mac (you'll have to do some digging on Bose.com, lol). Just follow the directions given to you. Sound quality wise, they are pretty good. They aren't as accurate as my old standby, the Sony MDR-V6, but they come very close. They have plenty of bass to my ears, again comparable to the Sony MDR-V6. If you want bass heavy, maybe get some Beats or something. :) I had one connection snafu the other day where my smartphone and PC laptop could see the headphones but wouldn't connect but they have since then righted themselves. The only thing I can knock on the headphones is that they are HOT! Your ears will sweat if its warm in your surroundings, especially if you're exercising. Would I recommend these? If you're in the market for a good pair of wireless noise cancelling headphones, definitely consider these. They are a bit expensive but I believe they're worth it!

Good noise cancelling, OK sound quality
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought these to replace my old Klipsch M40 headphones. The Bose are extremely comfortable and I sometimes forget that they are on my head. The noise cancelling is very good, best in class. With no sound playing through the headphones I do find these to be painful when wearing. they tend to produce a small noise that just pierces my ears. I can't just put these on my head for noise cancelling, but it's not a big deal because 98% of the time I have something coming through them. These really do target the mid-range sound like every review will tell you. These really do lack bass at high volumes when listening to any rap/r&b or any rock with some base to it. These do not have great theater sound either. I find that when watching a movie on my tablet that I just don't get that great of sound quality when watching an action film. But if you're watching a chick flick where it's just mostly talking and no sound effects (explosions, car races, machine guns, etc.) they're great . Other than sound quality my only true complaint is that these headphones will not play sound over bluetooth and charge at the same time. as soon as I plug in the headphones into a wall charger they will stop the audio. I was able to charge the headphones (20% to 100%) while I was in a 2 hour meeting at work, so they do charge reasonably quick. I did find that I lost over 50% charge over night because I forgot to turn them off. Overall, if you're not into high quality audio and want to listen to easy music without a ton of bass or action movies, these headphones are pretty good.

Premium Sound for a Wireless Headset
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These are some of the most comfortable and best sounding wireless heaphones I've tried. I sampled several genres of music to see how this set performed. Overall, the soundstage was focused, tight, sharp, and crystal clear which brought my jazz, classical, and rock music to life. Vocals sounded crisp and clear whilst still maintaining clear presence of individual instruments. I loved that any hint of bass did not overpower the vocals or instruments in any of the tracks I listened to. I also tried some hip hop and electronic dance music and was also pleasantly surprised with the bass. Bass is "tight", brief, and clear. Again, bass was not overpowering or jarring like a lot of competitor headphones I've tried that tend to make vocals and certain instruments sound muddy. While I was very impressed with the soundstage of this wireless headset, I have obtained slightly better soundstages with some wired headsets. But that is saying a lot considering these are wireless. I also watched a couple of movies and streamed some videos and no complaints there. Not only is construction top notch on these headphones but they are pleasantly light which made them ideal for long listening sessions. The padding on the headband is soft and malleable. The ear pads seem to be made out of premium memory foam wrapped in leather. Probably the most comfortable headphones I've put on my ears. The rest of the headphones are made of a combination of metal and what feels like a premium plastic.I absolutely LOVE the color scheme and design. A stealthy matte black with an understated "Bose" logo on each ear cup. No gaudy or pretentious logos slapped all over the place, just a very classy look and feel. As far as features, the heaphones come with a 3.5 mm jack that you can use if your battery runs out. How awesome is that? A USB cable is included to charge the integrated lithium battery on the headphones. Also, Bose recommends downloading the "Bose Connect" app to enhance your listening experience. I downloaded it on an Android device and was not too impressed by it's feature sets. It simply gives you a quick glance at the status of the connection, lists devices paired to the headphones, volume control, and some other very basic info. It would have been GREAT to see a built in equalizer of some sort but maybe in a future revision. Lastly, I love that you can pair these headphones to multiple devices. I had these paired to an Android Device and an Iphone at the same time and easily switched back and forth between the two. Lastly, setup was a breeze on these. Simply slide over a button on the headphones to the bluetooth logo to put it in pairing mode, go into your devices bluetooth or NFC settings, locate the Bose headphones, and you're ready to go. As a bonus Bose also includes a premium low-profile leather case which makes these ideal for travel. If you're looking for a wireless headset with serious sound, check these out!
