There're good headphone but not very much base, and if you turn up the music to loud you can hear the distortion a bit, but other than that they're really good!

Doesn't fit on a small head

What can I say... I guess I have a small head. I was incredibly excited to buy them after a couple weeks of research and hearing about Bose's high standard of quality. But my experience at Best Buy & the Bose display was blah. After trying on the display sample, with the headband at the minimum extension setting, the ear pads hung heavily on my ears and drooped low on my jawline; not the snug fit around the ear as it suppose to be. I couldn't believe it, I was crushed. When I lifted the ear pads to my ears they way it should be, there's about 1/2 inch of space between the top of my head and the headband. At $350, if it doesn't fit perfectly, it's a waste. So fine, I wanted to look at and try on the quiet comfort 25, but no samples were on display! When I asked a sales person where's the other models were, she said the Bose rep are in charge of the display and are representing only the "newer" models A.K.A 35s and wireless buds. Ridiculous. I get it, you want to show off the new toys but when you still have inventory of other models on the shelves for sale, at $300 bucks, you better have a sample out for customers to test. Best Buy and Bose, you lost an opportunity to recruit a Bose fan. But maybe it's my fault for having a petite figure with a small head.

    Not Recommended For Sleeping

These work about as well as a $30 white noise machine for drowning out obnoxious sounds, which makes them convenient on the go, but only mildly effective against higher pitched noises like the creaking of an old home, or children. If you're trying to sleep through anything that pops, or kids talking, you may be disappointed.

    Beautiful, Cheap & non-functional

I bought this yesterday. Returning today. Looks beautiful. Noise cancelling is good (reduces low frequencies well. Mid & high frequencies, may be it reduces by 70%. Switches are horrible low quality. Power switch wont stay at the end of the slot and it springs back to about 3/4th of the slot and the switch is not ON some times. Volume & pause switches are NON-FUNCTIONAL. I wanted to gift this to my dad (86 years old) who needs the TV volume very high. If volume control is not working, whats the point. Even if it works, it seems it is designed to break very soon.

Build Quality Issues make this a No Go

While I love the noise canceling which cannot be bettered by any other headset, I am now on my 3rd headset in the 1,5 months on owning them. The issue is the power/bluetooth button keeps on breaking which seems to be mentioned by a lot of users online. Not what you would expect from Bose. Look elsewhere until Bose fix the issue. It's a real pity as they are otherwise great headsets!

These are an expensive piece of garbage

If you are using them with an IPhone they work fine. If you try connecting them to your computer they are fickle and won't work correctly.

    Bluetooth is unreliable with iPhone

The bluetooth connection keeps getting disconnected every few minutes to re-connect back again. Very annoying! This happens only when using with iPhone. With the headphone jack gone on iPhone 7 this is going to be a real pain point.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. These headphones use a standard protocol that is perfectly compatible with iPhone. We can understand why connectivity issues are frustrating. If you've tested these headphones and they are working on other Bluetooth sources, we'd recommend contacting Apple to troubleshoot. Bose
