I bought the Bose QC45 to use on airplanes and while reading books in coffee shops. They are fairly light, comfortable and will cancel out 80-90% of the noise in my experience. Music listening is crisp especially since Bose just added an equalizer on their Mobile App. I tried the Sony brands as well. Bose and Sony were both very close in sound quality. The Sony seemed to have more bells and whistles (but I was was more interested in simplicity of operation and ergonomics). The tiebreaker for me was the physical feel and build quality which pushed me towards the Bose. Totally pleased with my purchase.

Very good noise canceling which is what I was looking for. I love the app that comes with it that allows you to adjust the sound settings. I wish the battery lasted longer, but they do charge very fast! Portable and comes with a good case to carry them in.

Lightweight, comfortable, amazing battery life, and love the app it comes with.

Price could be lower but i snatched them while they were $50 off. Probably the best pair of noise cancelling headphones. The headset has the option to toggle between noise cancelling and aware which is convenient because you can't hear anything in noise cancelling. The batterly life is amazing. I fall asleep with these on and it only consumes about 10% overnight. The bose app is a great addition as well.

These headphones are phenomenal!! I have neighborhood kids who play sports outside my window and they can get rather loud. These noise cancelling headphones have been a Godsend!! I even sometimes take them to work when I really need to focus and concentrate on work with minimal distractions. Should have been purchased these. I highly recommend these!!! Very pleased with my purchase. Love the case too!

Love the noise cancellation!! Ppl could be screaming next to me and I would not get disturbed. And the aware feature is equally good ! The sound quality is great and these headphones don’t even hurt my ear! Very pleased with this purchase.

Pros: These headphones sound really good and are comfortable. Cons: The app needed to control them is awful and doesn’t allow you to easily switch between devices so it’ll be stuck on one. Among other issues. Had to download a third party app to do it halfway decently. Plus there’s no way the battery lasts 40 hours.

Great headphones, very lightweight (no discomfort after long periods of use), yet durable. AMAZING sound quality without the nosy outside world. The best part about this it is that I bought it on sale at half price. Hold a charge for a respectable amount.

I really needed some good noise-canceling headphones before going off to college because I didn't really know how loud it would be. Got these on sale and for the brand recognition and I'm happy to say that these are some excellent headphones. They both sound great and do a great job blocking outside noise. Good buy.

Better than bose, the sound is amazing and they’re not heavy, battery last

Great ambient mode and anc mode. The clam force for the head fits perfectly. It is top notch as usual for bose quietcomfort series. However the wind noise reduction is npt as good as n700.

These are awesome noise canceling headphone. Love this limited color Eclipse. Has everything you need to get started & a very nice carry case. Great price on these. Bose is a great product.

Decided to by while it was on sale for $199. Good sound quality and noise canceling, charges pretty fast and battery life is decent with good standby time.

I really enjoy using the Bose headphones. Great quality sound. I did have an issue of the battery not recharging/ device would not turn on to operate even with charging all night. Bose had qualms replacing it with a new headset. I really appreciate that great customer service!
