I bought the Bose QC45 to use on airplanes and while reading books in coffee shops. They are fairly light, comfortable and will cancel out 80-90% of the noise in my experience. Music listening is crisp especially since Bose just added an equalizer on their Mobile App. I tried the Sony brands as well. Bose and Sony were both very close in sound quality. The Sony seemed to have more bells and whistles (but I was was more interested in simplicity of operation and ergonomics). The tiebreaker for me was the physical feel and build quality which pushed me towards the Bose. Totally pleased with my purchase.

Awesome headphones! They sound great and the noise cancelling is exactly what I hoped it would be. It's a joy to be able to tune out background noise, with or without music. The controls on the headphones themselves are intuitive and easy to use. The aware/quiet toggle is so handy. The ability to use an aux cord with them is also super nice, especially for use with my Nintendo switch which doesn't get along great with Bluetooth. Feels great on my ears, but makes the top of my head a smidge uncomfortable sometimes where the bar rests despite being very cushioned. I think that is a me issue though, my head is crazy sensitive to anything putting pressure on it. One last thing, I love how they fold up neatly into their case, it makes them really easy to toss in a bag and take with me without worrying about damage. Overall I'm super pleased with my purchase and would absolutely recommend them for someone looking for a quality pair of noise cancelling headphones.

Sound great, easy controls, fits just about any size head comfortably, noise canceling works incredibly well, includes a very nice carrying case for safe storage and travel, long lasting battery life.

Amazing noise canceling capability -- fortunately, the noise canceling feature is toggle-able, which is great because it is hard to hear others when you have it on. Would be great if you could adjust the equalizer, but the sound is very very good. Also amazing: the battery life is so good it's ridiculous. Connectivity (range of bluetooth) is impressive.

Absolutely love these! They are the lightest and most comfortable over the ear headphones for travel I have owned. I have tried Sony, Beats, AirPod Max’s and the Bose are so much truer to the actual recorded sound. As well as being the smallest case for my backpack and carry on. Just awesome!

Price could be lower but i snatched them while they were $50 off. Probably the best pair of noise cancelling headphones. The headset has the option to toggle between noise cancelling and aware which is convenient because you can't hear anything in noise cancelling. The batterly life is amazing. I fall asleep with these on and it only consumes about 10% overnight. The bose app is a great addition as well.

These are the best headphones I've owned. Very quiet even when the TV, fans and outside noises are happening at once. They are light and comfortable as I often wear them to watch movies. The interface App for connecting is easy and convenient. The price is very good for the value and quality you get. I would highly recommend the Bose QuietComfort 45's to anyone looking for top notch headphones.

Bose has always impressed me with their NC. An equal mix of the base mid and treble and to put the icing on the cake the app gives you the option to control the EQ to your liking. Always comfortable on the ears, easy use of the buttons, I guess I could say I wished the battery life lasted longer but besides that they are great headphones.

I made so much research about which set of headphones to get. I was between these and the xm4. So I went into store and tried them both. The sound of the xm4 sounds a mit muffled, kind of murky. But the bose’s sound is fanstastic! Clear and crisp. Also, bose’s are incredibly comfortable, I wear it for HOURS a day, and I do not even realize I am wearing them. Totally recommended.

Honestly, theyre great headphones! Although many people say they are extremely comfortable, I still find them a little uncomfortable to wear for a long period of time. It starts to get uncomfortable around the top of my head after an hour or so. I do have to say, the pressure that is created around my upper jaw (near my ear) does bother after a while; something that doesnt happen witn the Sony XM4’s. Besides that, the sound quality is very clear. I do have to say, the bass on these is VERY decent (if EQ’ed around +7)

Love the noise cancellation!! Ppl could be screaming next to me and I would not get disturbed. And the aware feature is equally good ! The sound quality is great and these headphones don’t even hurt my ear! Very pleased with this purchase.

I’ve owned every version of the Bose QC headphones. They earn their name Quiet Comfort. This series are the most comfortable headphones I’ve owned. The QC- 45 is the ultimate in the noise canceling category for me.

I went back and firth about getting these headohones or not because i have bose Earbuds, but wow these are so comfortable i could wear them all day without my inner ears hurting like my ear buds do. The sound is great and the noise cancellation is great. I highly recommend them to anyone that may be on the fence

This headphone is my first set, but either way it is a very good one. Amazing noise cancellation, sound quality, and extremely comfortable. I would recommend this headphone to anyone who is looking for a headphone that isn’t too pricey.

I love these headphones. I can sleep between roommates in a tight space and also listen to music and watch movies without disturbing. They are very light and soft. My favorite headphones. Easy connect without headache. I've had qc35ii before btw.

More comfortable than ear buds. I’ve had wired Bose noise canceling headphones for a long time and the noise canceling on the quiet comfort are even better. Great protective case, too.

Great ambient mode and anc mode. The clam force for the head fits perfectly. It is top notch as usual for bose quietcomfort series. However the wind noise reduction is npt as good as n700.

Very lightweight and comfortable. Can be paired with both iPhone and iPad at the same time. Smart enough to know if I’m on a call on my iPhone or a zoom on the iPad and wont interrupt. Cones with a nice carrying case but it doesn’t come with a wall plug, just a USB C cable.

The Bose QuietComfort 45 is an excellent noise-canceling headphones. It’s sound quality is impressive. The active noise cancellation is highly effective in blocking out ambient noise. I use it for flights trip. I barley hear the plane noise. It helped me to sleep in flight a lot. The battery life is excellent, providing up to 24 hours of playback time.
