Left earbud would not always connect and I would have to turn it off and on again, sometimes several times. It was really annoying to switch between modes (you cycle between noise canceling, aware, and off). Gestures overall are a bit clunky— either too sensitive or not sensitive enough. Not impressed, especially for the price. I ended up returning them two weeks later to get something better.

Every little touch I make, even if I’m just adjusting them in my ear, and it’ll keep stoping, playing, skipping, rasing and lowering volume. If I keep one earbud in my ear and the other one in my pocket and it’ll do the same thing

While touch controls are designed to offer convenience and quick access to features, we understand they’re not always ideal for everyone. Some users prefer physical buttons for more precise control, and your feedback is incredibly valuable as we continue to improve our products.
