First Bose product I’ve ever bought and they didn’t disappoint. Sound quality is clear, but with the Bose qce app you can use the equalizer and change controls for each side. Bass boost is incredible with these

These are the most comfortable earbuds I have owned. These have multi-point connection and work great for me. I have a work and personal phone and these allow me to connect easily.

It's was good but not what expected specially with phone calls. Everyone that i talked to complained that they couldn't hear me or that i sounded bad. The sound was ok not your typical Bose sound. It was not as detailed as every Bose i have so it was very disappointing. They were very comfortable anc the touch sensor were good.

i have had these earbuds for a few months and enjoy the sound quality and am impressed by the anc. the only gripe that i have is the feel of the earbuds and especially the case which really needs work as it feels cheap and kind of reminds me of the easter plastic eggs. The Jabras (10) that i have feel much better and of better quality but the bose are better in noise cancellation.

I bought two sets one for me and one for my wife. She has had no issues. I tend to only wear one at a time. So that I can hear my wife talking to me lol when we’re sitting next to each other. I believe this causes them to not be in sync. Going on 3 months I cannot get the right side to sync up. The magnets to the case do not work on the right side. This is my first bose earpods. I have always bought apple air pods and never had these issues. I also like the sounds from the apple air pods. So Im a little disappointed and wish that I had stuck with the apple airpods.

Noise cancellation is awesome, as well as aware features, eq in the bose app is a plus as well.
