    Cons out of the way first. Call quality is hot garbage at best. Sound is muffled for both parties on the call. I wish I would of done more research on these before purchasing as this is a known issue. Can not turn off ANC. I wish it was set up like Jabra. On, Hear Through, Off. You can adjust it lower or put it in Aware mode which is similar to Hear Through. Pros. ANC is great. Sound is great for music, podcasts, videos ect. Great sound quality.

Regarding the ANC settings the QuietComfort only have adjustable levels and Aware Mode, which allows ambient sound in for better situational awareness.

    Im on my 3rd pair as 2024 connection issue right ear quality the right ear would not charge many issues i hope a new pair comes out soon with gps tracking !

    They’re amazing when they work, but the left side sounds diminished and they can’t stay connected to Bluetooth for very long. Returning as defective.

    Excellent sound quality with its Immersion feature but horrible connectivity to the app and also to the phone. Also not wireless charging

    Worked real well, but had connectivity issues with the app. Kept on giving me static when I would use certain tools such as the weedeater.

      I'd recommend double checking app permissions are correct, along with our other steps available (https://bose.life/3XVCuZH) that can help. Please also be aware that some sharp noises can briefly overwhelm the noise-cancelling and the earbuds are not rated as ear protection.

    Like MANY other people I have problems with my left earbud not charging and it has nothing to do with the earbud not making proper contact. I have to spend literally hours resetting, recharging, re-pairing, removing/reinstalling the App, etc... because it doesn't always resolve it the first (or second) time I try. They sound great when they work, but not worth the hassle. I hate these earbuds...never buying BOSE earbuds again.
