Purchased these to replace my previous version of the QC earbuds. The sound quality is very, very good. The fit isn’t bad, though it will definitely take some getting used to. I don’t wear these for exercise so i don’t know how they will stay in place. But, they are mostly comfortable and deliver a very nice listening experience. New Immersive Sound feature is a good upgrade also. As far as drawbacks, the earbuds sit really deep within their case, so they are a bit difficult to extract with your fingertips. Also, the new case does not support wireless charging (the old case did). Otherwise, I am looking forward to using these for phone calls and for listening to music.

Love the symphony sounds and quality. The background noise is blocked once the ear bud is active. Like the auto pause once taken from the ear. The charge last a long time and I love the independence functionality so that when one ear is tired I can switch. Sometimes the ear bud does not connect to the phone so I have to go to the settings to connect.

Hands down the best Bose or the best noise cancelling ear buds i have owned. They stay in your without hurting so much better than past version. Noise cancelation is fantastic at the gym. Battery life is also better than anything ive used in the past

amazing sound, but I lost these somehow and I can't say I miss them. I really like Bose products even though I'm not supposed to since I'm a professional sound mixer with a studio in Hollywood. I use Bose as my creative listening casual headphones, not for work since they are bumped in certain freqs. The connectivity is pretty bad with iPHones so they're just not worth the $ that I paid for them. Buy something else.

Sound quality is superior over my prior Apple and Beats earbuds. A little pricey. Have issues with them falling out of ear while active or eating no matter what size ear cup I install on them. Seems to have issues connecting and disconnecting when using only earbud. Does a great job of removing background noise.

Overall, an amazing product that lasted me around a year before they stopped working (presumably my fault since I play my music really loud). I liked how easily they fit into my ear and didn't fall out easily either. On occasion, I would have problems connecting both buds to my phone.

I bought these and absolutely love them more than anything, they work so incredibly well, noise cancellation is awesome, they stay charged for forever, and when I’m at the gym they don’t ever fall out! Makes me so happy!!

The sound quality is great! The pods are comfortable. I previously used Apple AirPods Pro so the only downside of the Bose is they don’t work as well with an iPhone such as connectivity. Example - Apple AirPods will read my text to me when I’m listening to music. Other than that I love them.

The sound quality is great. Better than my beats fit pro. No problems with them getting loose or falling out while lifting weights or doing cardio. The only issue i have if with the bose app. The app is great when it works but it keeps crashing and losing connection with the ear buds. This doesnt affect the connection with the phone. There are no interruptions with music play, but you cant change the EQ or the immersion settings. You have to close app and establish connection again. This happens all the time. You dont need the app. I know people who dont use the app for this reason. Once my buds are connected i dont dont use the app either. So, great buds if you dont use the app.

After using several high-end buds ive found there isnt one best. Each has its plus and minus which is subjective so it depends what features are more important to you. For me the Bose was the best fitting most comfortable set ive tried. The sound was really good however not the best for my ears. With the fit and sound being good i wanted to keep the buds but connectivity became very annoying. The Bose app is terrible, sometimes the buds would be connected to my phone but wouldnt connect to the app. Got tired of messing around with the app trying to get it to connect. While washing my car with the phone in my pocket my music cut off twice. That was the last straw for me the buds were returned.

Sound, battery, noise cancellation all work great. Connectivity is inconsistent- it’ll work well and then for like a week at a time it will randomly disconnect after about a minute each time. I would say 85% of the time it works and then 15% it disconnects- very annoying but eventually works out

I really enjoyed these for the most part. The noise cancelation is probably the best I've ever had. The sound quality is very good, too. As is the fit and comfort. Now for the bad. The case is absolutely huge and doesn't have wireless charging. There's no multipoint. Both of those features at this price point should come standard. The battery life on the buds is nothing special, and the app is average at best. But the biggest issue for me was the connectivity issues. Sometimes, when I take the buds out of the case, one or both of them wouldn't connect to my phone. Or, when I would try to switch connections in the app from my phone to my tablet, it either wouldn't connect or it would connect, and the audio would continuously go in and out. Like I said, I really liked these buds but, for the price, there are far better options.

Great sound love the earbuds, the app is garbage and doesnt connect with the earbuds most of the time. Sometimes they randomly disconnect and you have to put them in the case just to take it right...... I've had them a short time, they are wrll taken care of, and connection is the biggest issue.

The fit is comfortable. They don't fall out and they don't make my ears hurt. I can wear them for hours without any problems. The noise cancellation is incredible. I have tried so many other brands and have always been disappointed. These definitely exceeded my expectations.

Great sound as I expect from Bose. I feel like the connection can be a little finicky at times between the two headphones. I expect it to be perfect with the price I paid. I like how secure they are in my ears. Watching movies with them is pretty amazing also. Case and charge time is a huge upgrade from my previous pair of Bose buds

Overall my new favorite pair of earbuds. Audio quality and noise cancelation is the best I have experienced. Plus the stability and fit allow for all day wear and comfort. The Bose Music App also allows for individual customization which is a big win!!!!

Sounds better than Airpods pro 2, they are more bass forward, has a better eq for customizing for your preference, noise cancellation is also amazing. They could improve connectivity as they some time don't connect in one go. The case is decent size as well but the build quality for the lid of the case could have been better. Excellent battery life.

I have owned a lot of different ear buds over the years. I'm old enough to remember when Bluetooth wasn't a thing and mono was the only way we heard music. I don't think I'll ever buy ear buds from another manufacturer again. These things are sublime. Truly a wonderful listening experience. Not only do they sound fantastic, but they stay in your ears very well and they're comfortable to wear all day. For those folks bemoaning the price, I say you get what you pay for. Sometimes the truth hurts.

These headphones sound pretty great for music and watching videos, but when it comes to talking on the phone I get lots of bad feedback from the other side. Everyone says they can hear things that are really far away or not very loud on my end. Just driving in the car and talking on the phone people say the air conditioning blowing sounds like glass shattering. Unfortunately as much as I wanted to love these headphones as a Bose fan, not being able to use them when I'm on the phone is a deal breaker. I've never had connectivity issues with these and the battery life is really good especially in conjunction with the case itself.

Definitely the best earbuds I’ve ever owned. Sound quality is amazing. The fit is amazing, regular apple ones don’t stay in my ear, but these ones don’t budge. I’ve had some connectivity issues here and there, but I’ll deal with it considering everything else is so much superior to anything else that’s out there.
