Excellent pair of headphones. Did have to return for a new pair after a few months which is why I rated a 4, but hopefully that was an isolated incident. They stay in during rigourous workouts and runs with no issues. Noise cancelling is extremely well in a loud gym, can't hear anything but my music!

Excellent product. I originally went into Best Buy for a new pair of AirPods since mine stopped working. Decided to go with the Bose since I’ve had a pair of them before and the price was the same! After using these headphones for a couple weeks I have 0 regrets, they stay in my ears no matter what task I’m doing, the sound quality is top notch and the noise cancellation is the best for the size and price point! Highly recommend these to anyone !

This product is a high quality wireless listening and communications device that ive had minimal issues with, but have been able to remediate them with little effort. From the connected app to the modes of listening i find them helpful wether I'm running, doing daily activities or listening to audiobooks they fit well within my ears and dont cause discomfort for long periods of wear.

Good earbuds, but over priced. The ANC is incredible, the sound is really solid, as is the customization the app gives you. What i dont like is that the noice cancelation seems to adapt if there is a loud noise close to me, and connecting them to my phone (s24 ultra) can be hit or miss. Ido think three hundred dollars is a bit much for these, but if you can get them while they are on sale, they are a great pair of earbuds!

Great sound, great comfort, amazing noise cancellation and battery life. Only 3 cons is for no multiple device connect, no battery level on case besides 1 led and no wireless charging.

Wow! I was amazed at how great these are! I have been looking for something that fits my ears well and has amazing sound. I have found them. I can not express though, ear buds are only as good as what you’re blu toothing them from. From my iPhone and surround sound, they sound amazing!! The battery is better than most as well. Highly recommend

I am very pleased with it. I got these after one of my Airpods stopped working. The battery lasts longer and I love the noise cancelling feature, works perfectly. It took me a bit to get used to the extra features I didn’t have with the airpods but once I learned I love it! They stay good in place and the sound is awesome!

This is my second pair. First pair lasted a little over about 3 years. Decided to buy Bose Quiet Comfort once again. I travel quite a bit and these ear buds are a must. I have tried others, but nothing beats Bose for noise cancelation and comfort. Sound is also amazing. App setup is easy, no frills. You can't go wrong with these. They are pricey, but you get amazing quality.

These are fantastic. My last pair were Bose as well, I was going to just buy the same pair when I lost them but decided to upgrade. I am so glad I did. These headphones are amazing. The moment I put them on the noise cancellation really suprised me. These are comfortable and stay in my ears. The sound is supreme as always from Bose. I only wish for a fine my earbuds option. I am methodical about keeping them in the box.

BOSE makes the best noise cancelling ear buds! I tried Sony and Samsung. Neither came close to in sound quality nor noise cancelling. I had the Quiet Comfort 11 ear buds. They were great, until the battery stop charging. I wasn't sure I wanted to the upgrade to the Ultra. I'm really glad I did! These have even better sound and noise cancelling! Best of all, the battery last longer. I highly recommend the Ultra True ear buds.

I would have preferred a more durable build to ensure longevity, especially considering the premium nature of the product.On the positive side, the accompanying phone app is a standout feature, boasting user-friendly navigation and robust customization options for each ear. Great noise cancellation and usually works well. Sometimes has incidents where the only way I can get it to connect is by returning both buds to their charging case but otherwise the sound quality is excellent. I would definitely get hit by a train if I was not paying attention.

They fit great, and are comfortable to wear all day, they truly do cancel noise.

These are amazing sounding with music and the noise canceling works great. These are so much easier to travel with than my over the ear Bose QuietComfort head phones. I was a little skeptical to purchase these because I have an older set of Bose Earbuds that never fit my ears well, but these fit perfectly and are comfortable even on long flights. The one complaint is on long flights (5hr+) I need to recharge them in the case that comes with the headphones. However, 15 minutes in the case and they are good to go for the rest of the flight.

I’m really enjoying these bad boys. They sound great amazingly clear with a great solid bass. They feel pretty comfortable in my ears. Also, the immersion sounds affect experience is great making it feel like the music is moving with you. My only upset about them is that their touch is a little too sensitive at times.
