Had the unfortunate situation where my old earbuds completely died on me during a flight, a coworker recommended these headphones as a replacement. I don't think I've ever been this satisfied with a pair of headphones before. Battery life is insane. Haven't had to charge them yet despite four 5+ hour flights over the last 2 weeks. they sound amazing. the different modes allow you to either completely block out background noise or have some awareness. Also, I have a larger than normal head and these fit great.

I love these over the are headphones. I’m a music lover, I need to hear my highs , mids and bass . I need to hear a full sound and these Bose provided a great rounded sound. And battery life is completely awesome. They last a long time, and when you have them in the case , they last for weeks or months. I charged my headphones to 100% and used for a couple of hours and then put them back in the case and haven’t used them for months and it still had 60% months later . I could not believe it. I initially bought these for a flight and used them on the plane and they were comfortable and I didn’t hear much of the plane humming you hear. I definitely recommend these if you’re looking foot over the ear. 1 con: when you receive a call and answer, it will not connect to wireless automatically, need to switch to wireless on your phone (I have an iPhone) but otherwise, you hear clearly and the other person can hear you clearly as well.

Very comfortable, excellent sound (once Eq is tuned), solid battery life, excellent ANC. Out of the box sound is okay, but they really pop when you tune the equalizer. The 1-star deduction is due to the headset only supporting AptX adaptive, not compatible with standard AptX CODERCs from source devices (phones/tablets/players). I knew this when purchasing, but it's a glaring flaw. There are vastly more phones/tablets/players that support standard AptX, including such widely-known brands as Samsung. Bose REALLY should come out with a firmware upgrade to the headphones, adding standard AptX support.

These headphones are amazing great quality, sleek look and a heck of a lot better my opinion than the Apple headphones and I’m an Apple guy. They are easy to use and comes with a nice carrying case as well. Battery lasts a long time and connectivity is very easy

I’m always looking for headphones that provide excellent noise cancellation when working with noisy tools or to just block out the world when needing to recharge. The Bose Quietcomfort Ultras are perfect for just that. There are so many features included in these headphones, but to me the most important quality beyond the sound, is the ability to filter out the noise. When I have these headphones on and use the noise cancelling feature, I am immersed in a sound that is absent of the outside world’s distractions. But let’s talk about the features that enhance these headphones. The first thing I noticed when I opened the box was the hard-shell case that is made of a leather type of material with a zipper that encompasses nearly the entire perimeter of the case. There is a two-inch cloth material hinge that connects the top to the bottom of the case. Within the case are molded cut outs for the headphone’s cups. This is to ensure a secure fit when stored. Contained in the case is a 12” USB-A to USB-C charging cord and a stereo cable with mini jacks on each end for legacy devices. The headphones themselves are a hard plastic for the ear cups and strap that connects the two headphones’ cups. The portion of the ear cups that contact your ears are a soft leather material and so is the strap that touches your head. There is a power / Bluetooth button, a button that controls the play or pause, skip forward or backward functions depending on how many times the button is pressed. There is a slide/touch button to control the volume and the sound modes. The slide-touch button can be configured for different functions based on your needs. For phone calls there is an included microphone on the Bose which does a great job of filtering out background noise while using the phone. Once you open the packaging for the headphones you are directed to use the smart label to go to the Bose life site to setup your account, download the app for your smartphone to complete the setup process. Within the application you can customize your sound with the different sound modes and a 3 band EQ. Once I completed the setup I was up and running. The sound quality was very good right out of the box and seemed to improve the more I used the headphones. The bass was deep and smooth with clear midrange and crisp highs. Regardless of the type of music I was listening to, the sound was rich and full and brought me into the sound stage. I was able to hear sounds that I hadn’t heard before in the music. The included sound modes consist of the Quiet, Aware, Immersion. Quiet mode removes the outside world so you can hear nothing but the content you are listening to. Aware provides quality sound while letting you stay conscious of your surroundings. Immersion provides realistic sound orientation as you move your head and surrounds you with sound from all directions. It is truly immersive and brings you into the content that you are listening to. Battery life is said to be twenty-four hours and I have been using these headphones for well over a week without charging and they seem to go for ever. Overall, these are one of the best headphones that I have ever had. Between the sound quality, noise cancellation, comfort, and the build quality, you would be hard pressed to find a sound for the value.

Headphones is the best, it work as advertised. Used on my travel and it was comfortable through my 8 hour plane ride. Headphone was light it you won't feel like its on your head, sound quality is a bit bassy but you can tune the sound on the app, noise cancelation and noise ambiet is great, but the only problem is remembering the functions on your headphones. I watched movies and listen to music and the batteries life was enough for me. I bought 2 of these phones because I did not want to share with my wife.

I bought this as an open box and saved about $70. When it arrived I was expecting it to look like it's been dinged or scratched but it looked brand new as if someone got these for a gift but didn't want them and returned them for sure credit or something. Anyways, my philosophy is that you can't go wrong with Bose, the sound is outstanding and the Bose app brings the listening experience to life. My personal favorite setting is to have the music follow you in your headphones whether you move your head left or right and the music turns with you. The noise canceling is more than decent but I'm sure there's other brands that offer more but it's not something that bothers me. When it comes to music though I'm a bass junkie and Bose never disappoints, Whether it be Rock or Hip hop, the bass is deep but not overbearing in any way. The battery life is top notch, I haven't charged my headphones for a week & a half and even then it was at 40% but I have this fear of things not being fully charged so I couldn't say how long of a charge you'll get because I'll never let that happen. One more thing, these are able to connect to multiple devices. I have mine connected to my tablet, phone and PC and just a simple press of the button on the bottom right side of the earpiece and it'll switch right over to the next paired device. I'm not sure what else to say other than if you're looking for a nice balanced sound but can get extreme bass if desired is definitely recommend these.

This is one of the best in class headphones. My wife is very particular in the headphone which must be lighter, noise cancelling, should not sweet ear when wearing for a long time, most importantly easy to connect with mac book and cellphone. It satisfied all her needs.

Really superb sound. Excellent clarity in all ranges. Bass not overpower. ANC also great. Very comfortable. No connectivity problems with our LG C2 OLED TV that was an issue with previous Sony headphones that were returned. Decent app for making mods. Quite pricey however. Maybe should have tried the standard QC version, but these seem really worth the extra dollars.

Use it mostly when traveling, sound quality and battery life very good, and very comfortable too

I got the Bose QuietComfort Ultra Wireless Noise Cancelling headphones (Over-the-Ear) in Lunar Blue color from Best buy in December 2025 as part of a great deal at a very discounted price. The purchase process was seamless and I opted to pickup my order from a Bestbuy store close to my house. The overall purchase experience with best buy was great. As far as the headphone is concerned, this is one of the most comfortable headphones that I have ever owned and I own quite a few. The overall sound quality and noice cancelling is exceptional. A must to have device for frequent travellers based on the comfort and noise cancelling feature. I had a Sony XM4 and it was not a great headphone for long hours of use as my ears would start to hurt after an hour of use. This headphone feels very light on your head. It does not have that clamping feeling or you feel fatigued after long hours if use. Overall I am very satisfied with my purchase and from Best buy.

I really wanted to get the Bose QC Ultra 2 for the USB-C audio + ANC improvements but the glossy, shiny, loud unaesthetic colors were a no go for me. I do however appreciate the comfort with this model, I can wear them all day at work etc. and they don’t bother my ASD sensitivities and the ANC is a little better than the Beats Studio Pro and they easily connect via Bluetooth to my iPhone or laptop at work.
