The boss head set preformed beyond my expectations. The audio is rich and full. You experience the full range of sound. Base,treble and mid range can be heard. Sound is balanced. The sound damping is outstanding. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

I love these headphones. They're extremely comfortable especially if you're wearing them for an extended period of time, and the sound is fantastic. This is my 3rd pair of Bose QC headphones, and when it's time to look for a new pair (my last pair stopped working after 7 years), the Bose always ends up on the to if my list. The Sony ones that are comparable have a shallower ear cup, and they don't fold, so the case is pretty large if you're traveling with it. The Bose case is really compact. I highly recommend these

These headphones are amazing. I had some BOSE headphones a while ago so I wanted to update them since they’ve been so great. I use them while I cut the grass because it silences the sound of the lawn mower. I also love the color of it. It’s actually the most beautiful blue I’ve ever seen on headphones. 10/10 recommend.

Excellent quality, love it, long battery life, traveling case is a plus

I've wanted a pair for a while and they do not disappoint! The noise cancelling works very well, and the sound is amazing. The base is great, and bluetooth connection was easy. I've listened for hours now and the battery is still at 70%.

We were dealing with noisy neighbors constantly disrupting our mornings and I am NOT a morning person. These headphones are a perfect balance of power, comfort, and battery life. I have 0 regrets about purchasing them. The sound canceling is so good that my roommate can be standing behind me 5-8 feet away and I'm oblivious to her presence. Between my ADHD struggle to focus and sensory needs, these are a 5 out of 5, and definitely recommend it.

I love how comfortable they are on my ears and how the noise canceling is sound proof . I took them on a trip and couldn’t hear any noise on the plane. Fabulous

Got a pair of these for Christmas and I'm super happy with the performance thus far. I've been using a pair of AirPods Pro 2's but I had the persistent problem of the left pod falling out of my ear no matter what I did. I guess my wife got sick of my complaining and got me a set of the Bose's over-the-ear in the cool Cypress Green color. They fit great and are very comfortable, especially during gym workout. The noise cancelling feature is scary good and I like the fact you can bluetooth access the audio options via the Bose app. Highly recommend!

I purchased this as a gift for my daughter, who shares an office with others. It has been the perfect gift, not only for Christmas, but also for supporting her day-to-day responsibilities at work. Practical, thoughtful, and well-suited for a shared workspace.

They perform and operate like a champ. They hold a good charge and are comfortable to wear.

I absolutely love these headphones, my only complaint is that they do not pause the music when you take the headphones off. But outside of that I love them, they're so light and have great noise cancellation.

Bose never disappoints. Great sound quality and comfortable

This is my first set of over-ear headphones in 10 years. I have been using ear buds but recently got tired ofthe buds having to fit perfectly and sweat build-up while working out, and the lower battery life of buds. I love the battery life, the noise cancellation is great, and the sound quality is great. The only thing that i think could use improvement is the awareness mode. You can't hear everything around you gery well while in awareness mode and there is no way to adjust the sensitivity of the mics. Other than that, i would give this a 5 out of 5 purchase.

This review is 50% for best buy and the other 50% for Bose. Headphones are incredibly comfortable and the sound quality is great, HOWEVER, they glitch a lot and they have connectivity issues. At times, I would be listening to music on a phone and then suddenly the music would cut off for seconds only to come back moments later. On the computer, it's even worse, and they disconnect various times. Granted, this could be a problem with just my particular headphone, but upon going to Best Buy after speaking to a CX representative online, they told me they couldn't do anything about it because it was past the return date, despite telling me online that a store manager could potentially help me given my circumstances. Respectfully, I think there should be more consideration for people wanting to return items that are faulty and this expensive. Bose CX have been very helpful so far though, so love them.

I share an office with my wife, and we both work full-time. These noise-cancelling headphones have given me my sanity back! The sound quality is fantastic and the QC helps me stay locked in.

I just luv, luv, luv these headphones, although the case is not the same color, the sound is fantastic!! The noise cancelling feature is the greatest.
