Great Noise Cancelling Headphones

They genuinely block out all background noise, which really enhance my listening experience. They're also really comfortable, so they're great for working and relaxing.

I'm giving it a 4/5 because they're not really intuitive right out of the box, there is a learning curve for someone new to wireless headphones. The only directions in the box are a QR code, which is great...if you have the box. A small card with simple directions, use, and set-up would have been super helpful - as it was, YouTube to the rescue! Overall I really like them and may even use them for lunch duty with kindergarten next year...! :D

Top Tier Headphones!!

The best part is connecting to other Bose products thru the app like our sound bar

The battery lasted for a long time, and they were very comfortable. I had it on for more than 10 hours and it did not hurt my ears.

Static noise makes them unusable

I like how small they get in the case and they are comfortable to wear all day. The noise cancellation is pretty good, but there is always some sort of popping and static noise happening that I don’t get with other brand headphones. Teams calls specifically have random bad batches of interference and noise. I have two other coworkers with the same headphones and we all have this problem on different computers. I also have had two different pairs of these headphones after using the Best Buy warranty when the mic stopped working completely one day during work, and both had noise. The noise seems to be a known issue with Bose headphones on Reddit. I tried the Sony 1000mx4s and had no problem with teams calls or noise. I wouldn’t get these again due to performance.
