These sound great and the noise canceling is top notch. Put them on with no sound playing and ita complete quiet.

Works well and light weight. Very comfortable and the sound proof works very well. Battery is very good, no issues.

Rebought this item after several years buying replacement ear cushions. Works great, lasts through every day wear and my not particularly gentle handling. Wish Bose sold replacement headband pieces as well as ear cushions - making this more repairable would be the only way to improve it in my eyes. (Now that I have a functional pair I'm willing to mess around with non-manufacturer replacement parts for the headband and if that works this might be the last time I buy headphones)

While these were very clearly open box (as in, the box was ripped open), the headphones themselves were in perfect condition. I can sit in the same room with my partner with the tv going and not hear it at all with the noise cancelling on. 10/10 recommend

Incredible headphones. Sounds amazing. Unfortunately I had an issue with the charger and it caused the headphones to no longer charge. Customer support was quick and efficient. I received a replacement pair within days. Bose definitely acquired a repeat customer!

The bathrooms at my office are being remodeled. The duration of construction is 90 days, and the noise has been unbearable at times. I purchased these to cancel out the sound, and they made a huge difference. They reduced the noise to a level where my brain filters it out. I now have peace at the office and can focus on my work. I have also used these on crowded flights to watch movies and cancel out moise. This is my third set of Bose noise cancelling headphones, and they never disappoint.

Head phones worked well and were comfortable. Pairing them was easy, too. Battery life held up well. Phones in sleeve took up minimal space.
