Posted .I'm happy to hear you like the ANC of your QuietComfort Headphones! Others around you shouldn't be able to hear your audio content clearly unless you use the headphones at louder volumes, or unless they get up close to you. One thing to make sure of is that your headphones are sitting on your ears correctly, providing a firm but comfortable seal around them. Only 2 things I dislike is the battery life goes down a little faster depending on how long you listen to them. When talking on the phone the other party sometimes is unable to hear clearly.

Had a lady spell out "S-C-R-I-M" when she meant to say "screen." Then they forced me to destroy my $500 headphones by ripping out the "scrim" on the right ear cup so they could get the serial number. Why do you have to destroy the product to see the serial number?? Horrible, switching back to apple products pronto.

Thanks for leaving your thoughts on the QC Headphones.
The "scrim" is the fabric part of the headphones found inside the earcup with L and R printed on either side. It's not a 'screen'. You will also not ruin the headphones by removing the cushions or the scrim. They're designed to be user replaceable.
