Awful Customer service, major design flaws

Worked great - for a few months. Customer service is appalling. No one speaks English. Had a lady spell out "S-C-R-I-M" when she meant to say "screen." Then they forced me to destroy my $500 headphones by ripping out the "scrim" on the right ear cup so they could get the serial number. Why do you have to destroy the product to see the serial number?? Horrible, switching back to apple products pronto.

The "scrim" is the fabric part of the headphones found inside the earcup with L and R printed on either side. It's not a 'screen'. You will also not ruin the headphones by removing the cushions or the scrim. They're designed to be user replaceable.

I love how it’s basically automatic, especially once it’s already set with the device

Good headphone. Used it in office. It is very easy ro use. Trade-in program in Best buy reduced the price by 25. That is better than Bose com.

I have been a long time customer of Bestbuy. I recently purchased a pair of Bose Quiet headphones and and a Soney 50in Bravia3 TV they are hands down the best. Bestbuy is my go to for all electronics.

Regarding your concern about background noise being heard during calls, we understand how that can be frustrating. While the headphones are designed to cancel the noise for the listener, the microphone may still pick up surrounding sounds during calls.

Items is great but be aware of Best Buy's limited price match. This is my second pair and while they are great, Best Buy will only honor a 15 day price match.

They were a Christmas present for my daughter. She’s had them for almost 2 years and she wears them religiously. Unfortunately they broke recently and I am waiting for the warranty I purchased.
