Awful Customer service, major design flaws
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Worked great - for a few months. Customer service is appalling. No one speaks English. Had a lady spell out "S-C-R-I-M" when she meant to say "screen." Then they forced me to destroy my $500 headphones by ripping out the "scrim" on the right ear cup so they could get the serial number. Why do you have to destroy the product to see the serial number?? Horrible, switching back to apple products pronto.

Thanks for leaving your thoughts on the QC Headphones.
The "scrim" is the fabric part of the headphones found inside the earcup with L and R printed on either side. It's not a 'screen'. You will also not ruin the headphones by removing the cushions or the scrim. They're designed to be user replaceable.

I recently purchased a pair of Bose Quiet headphones and and a Soney 50in Bravia3 TV they are hands down the best. Bestbuy is my go to for all electronics.
