Very comfy and pretty good audio quality but I could not get over the fact that the audio was a little muffled/not as clear as my airpod pros. Had to return despite it being better at everything else. For that price point this should not have been an issue at all.

This purchase which I bought two pair as gifts. They were the very worst quality wise, Bose products I’ve ever had. Best Buy has always sold quality products at a fair price, name brand or not, but absolutely tried these out for about 10 min. An immediate return, we went back to ear buds we have used for travel, a lot of flights and hotels, they never get old. Amazing, quality. We thought these would be nice as we listen to podcasts and movies and sometimes laying in the bed an ear bud falls out but we can easily find in the morning. But these plastic things no match, put your money in something with good sound and lasting quality.

I recently purchased this headset for a trip and was sorely disappointed. When I put it on, I noticed a lack of air circulation, leading to significant ear overheating, sweat and discomfort. The tight fit also contributed to headaches, making it difficult to wear for extended periods.
Unfortunately, I didn't realize the full extent of these issues until I returned from my trip, which meant the return window had already closed. I would strongly advise potential buyers to reconsider this headset if comfort and long-term use are important factors.

I have brought items in the past saving dollars on open box items. This was the first time the item was not just open box but was repaired and used to a point where this item should not have been allowed to be sold. Very bad look on quality control, y’all have to do better.
