If you are getting the sound bleeding out from your headphones make sure your ear cushions are nice and secure, and that they are making a nice seal around your ears.

I got 2 of this - one from Best Buy and another from different outlet. Both had same issues - if I listen for 10 sec, at least for 1 sec is lost. This with iOS devices (both iPad and iPhone and both are with the latest version of iOS and both are 1 yr older generation). I ended up returning both.
I bought another one few months back for my daughter and that one works perfectly.
So some batch possibly have faulty BT module or so.
