The best earphones I've ever used. The sound is very good and the noise cancelling is phenomenal. Easy to use, turn on and off.

Rated 5 star so you could get past the AI bot system. I will not buy any piece of equipment from this company again; unless there is some improvement. With Bestbuy; no complaints. With Bestbuy, I ordered and received pretty quick. With the company of bose; very disappointed. I'm a little old (late 40's), but I'm just saying, when I was young, you could buy headphones that could bust your eardrums. I'm not saying they should be that loud, but you should have the option to get it louder than what you have it at. Bose has been very good with the bass systems I've had in the past and somewhat present. You don't need to protect me from loud noises. Maybe I should buy a headset that's $1000 so i can pump up the volume a little bit. I'm not hard of hearing, but what if you have customers who are? I thought maybe the upside is how long the battery lasts. Nope. Not even that. My daughter has a cheap headset, compared to this, in the $125 range that's equivalent in quality to this garbage. Let's just hope bestbuy will return this garbage when i take it back. I was typing and AI was changing some of the words i was writing. Good luck getting an honest review. I had to spend 10 minutes correcting it.

I really love Bose products, but the only issue I had with these earphones, was that even on the lowest notch, they're still too big to fit on my head, and will slide down. But the sound is very good, wish it got a tad bit louder though. Overall, a good product

Clearly still the best noise cancelling headphone. Others still have hiss and high pitch that was not blocked

I have always loved Bose speakers. Bose speakers have a long-standing reputation and have maintained quality and live up to their reputation. I recommend Bose speaker headphones for those who are looking for the very best.

OMG I love these!! Truly noise cancelling. Got them for an upcoming dental appt I had and they were amazing! Kept my anxiety level to a minimum. I was fortunate to catch them on a sale ($100 off!!). I went in for something else and walked out with a Mother’s Day gift for myself. So easy to use! Highly recommend
