Best pair of ear buds I've purchased. Has excellent sound quality. Was easy to connect to devices.

Excellent sound quality. It is very comfortable to the ear and the noise cancelling is so effective.

Bose is my favorite headphone company. I am surprised to say that the buds are meh at best. Biggest problem is they do not stay secure in the ears and usually fall out. Try not to wear them outside because of the fear of losing them. Loses sound or turns off. Was so excited to get them and very disappointed,

They really deserve 3-1/2 stars. Every time they come out with a new line of headphones the previous app no longer works. Sound is awesome but the reason for the rating is because of the stupid stability bands that keep coming off when you pull them out. Fit is only a little better after the previous QC buds

These are great sound canceling buds. They are also water resistant, which is necessary when sweating while working outside in the Arizona heat. The sound is amazing, I hear different instruments in classic rock songs that I haven't heard since the 70s and 80s.

The noise cancelling and sound quality are superb on these earbuds. Noise cancelling blocks out pretty much the surrounding environment and I really enjoy the quality of sound these put out. However, the major downside to these earbuds are the connectivity and phone call quality. The earbuds sometimes would not connect to my phone when I place them in my ear. They wouldn’t even turn on. Almost all the time they would turn off when I have them in my ear. Occasionally they would reconnect but most of the time I would have to take them out of my ear, put them back in their case, and back in my ear. And the cycle would happen every so often. Phone calls with these earbuds are also very poor. The other person will have a very hard time hearing you if you use these during a call. They say they hear a lot of background noise and hardly your voice. They only work well if you’re in a very quiet environment and you’re talking with an elevated voice. I really wish Bose would address the issues but until then, I may look for a different product.

These are awesome for working out and it's very comfy and the sound is crisp.

Have some issues with the voice controls but other than that most comfortable headphones I've owned

Brought these for our daughter and she Loves them, like tge way the music sounds. Great sound effect.

Just like with the Quiet Comfort, these earbuds offer the same level of clarity and sound cancelling. I definitely recommend getting the app for these. You can customize the earbuds to your desired sound level, track your earbuds, and more. The case they come in is also super adorable.

Good Product, the bass quality and sound clarity is really good

I’ve had every AirPods that has been made, I’ve had beats & JBL’s. None of them compare to these. The sound quality is 10x’s better than JBL & I didn’t think any earbuds would come close to them. The clarity is insane. I work around lawn mowers, weed eaters, chainsaws to sum it up my job is noisy. Yet, I don’t hear any of it with the ANC. Yet the talk thru still muffles tones the sound for me to hear my buds and also the outside. For what it’s worth I’m going to purchase a second pair later today for personal use outside of work.

Great price point and great ear buds. You get a lot of bang for your buck well worth it. The sound is amazing and pairing is a breeze, user friendly on the features you can’t go wrong with this product and when it comes to quality Bose has it in the bag.
