The active noise cancelling is good, but not quite as you’d expect at this price point. Sound quality is what you’d expect, and they fit very comfortably. Would prefer being able to connect to more than two devices.

I wanted to love these headphones. They look great, they sound amazing, and the Bluetooth is the most solid I've ever had. The multi connect is awesome. The problem is the microphone.
I bought these primarily as a work from home tool, for meetings. They worked fine for a week or two, and then the microphone started fading in and out. It seems to work okay sometimes if I shout, but when talking at a normal volume it either fails to pick up my voice, or my voice is way too quiet. This is the case on window, mac, and Android. I googled a lot and tried changing the self voice setting, but so far nothing works. Bose, please fix this issue! I read many other accounts of the same problem, but no one had a solution.

Hi there,
I'm happy to see that you're loving the sound, Bluetooth connectivity, and look of the headphones.
When using your headphones on calls, please double check that there is nothing obstructing the microphone ports near the hinges of the ear cups. I'd also suggest making sure that the headphones are not leaned too far back when worn. This could reduce pick up response and quality.

These headphone are great, used them with the plug in on a plan, use them for gaming via bluetooth and where them when I'm exercising. The quiet and aware modes are great.
Honestly the best feature is the ability to just plug them in and use them as normal headphones when you need to.

I like it but it's a little big for my small head. Sound, noise cancelling and the app are all fine. Note that none of the colors really match the description or the color shown on the box or online. Recommend seeing them in the store before you buy. This one came the closest and it looks nice. The color is a light grey.

My huge issue is that a dedicated mobile application is needed in order to even use the device which was not even an issue with the Bose Frames as you could have used the device without even touching an application, nonetheless the noise cancellation is pretty good and can even work when using the 2.5mm -> 3.5mm AUX cable. The sound profile is more bassy (Which is good/bad depending if you are looking for accuracy or just using these for fun), a feature phone was able to connect to the headphones which probably means that granny's pacemaker could probably connect to these bad-boys.
