I've been a big fan of Bose since the first SoundDock came out because of its compact size and excellent sound. But this SoundDock XT is what I've been waiting for. With its fresh design and perky color, excellent sound has never been fun! A perfect companion for small, as well as bigger spaces.

Can't believe the fantastic sound coming from such a small speaker. I plan on buying the Boze radio and cd mix next.

Sounds great with the newer iPods. Does not play the older iPods. It should also come with a remote. Which it does not. If neither of these things bother anyone. I would say yes great sound

I bought the Bose SoundDock to replace my original 30 pin SoundDock which stopped working after 13 years. The only problem I have is trying to find a lightning to 30 pin adapter so that I can use my iPod classic. So far no luck, so I'm using my iPod nano with it. I use the nano mainly when I'm hiking so it's a minor inconvenience. A remote would be nice but you have to "buck" up to get the model with a remote, about $100 more.

This unit sits by my Bed and charges my Phone at night. It has a really robust sound from a fairly small speaker.

The sound quality is amazing! I set my iPhone on it and it charges while it entertains me. The volume buttons aren't perfect, but hey, if it were to perfect we wouldn't be able to handle it. They need to be touched just right. Nothing you can't figure out pretty easy. Love this speaker!

I have been eyeing this for a while now so when i was able to buy it for myself for Christmas i jumped on it and i am so happy that i did. The sound and the simple system to operate this music dock is so cool and it takes up no room on my shelf.....great purchase for daddy...

I'm really enjoying my Bose iphone speaker dock. It fills my 1,000 sq ft office place with crisp and full sound. My only complaint is that I wished it came with a remote to adjust the volume or turn the music on and off from across the way, but other than that its great.

Sound is good if not great but at this price it's a good deal. Because I have an older Ipod, I cannot use the docking system but instead have an auxiliary cord attached to back of unit. Satisfactory workaround.

I had an i-pod charger, but didn't find the sound very good, so never played from the unit only charged. I reviewed several online and chose the Bose. Much better. I use the unit to play whenever I'm charging my i-pod now.

I am never disappointed with Bose products. The sound of other speakers just doesn't compare. I'm totally satisfied with them however I wish I could have found one with an alarm clock on it. Great gift idea for anyone into techie products!

Once I figured out how to dock my IPhone 6 I was thrilled with the sound. Works great whether I am listening to old school R 'n B or piano concertos. Now I can charge my phone and listen to tunes simultaneously.

Great sound, use it to play music and baseball games through my iPhone while I'm in the backyard. Nice feature is it charges my phone while it is playing music!

This was a gift for my High School aged niece. She loves it...easy to use, great sound...much better than the little speaker her mother bought for her older sister....win for the Uncle R!

Great sound for the size. Charges new iPod lightning adapters. Only con - and this is nitpicking - I wish the unit would charge and be cordless. A little pricey but overall great speaker and would recommend.

I needed a charging sound bar and Bose has always been a favorite brand. My expectations were exceeded, it takes the tinny music produced by my iphone and makes it an audible event.

Bought this for my girlfriend to listen to her music on her phone. Sounds is very good, and it charges her phone. Now I need to get a cord to plug in my phone, and listen to my music.

I wanted good speakers in a small package that was portable to move from home to boat. It's the right size and has great sound! Attractive too!

TV has a great size and picture quality. Price was reasonable - a little bit more than the 1080 TVs, but not crazy expensive. Set up was easy.

We use this in our child's room with my wife's old iphone 5. The beauty of saying "Hey Siri, launch Pandora" and having it playing lullabies in a few seconds is pretty cool. Apple needs to do better though, but Bose did a great job with the sound. This speaker fits a small room perfectly and blends nicely w/ a white iPhone 5. I'm not a huge fan of Bose most of the time, but they make really nice small speakers.
