I've tried a bunch of wireless speakers. For playing music this is by far the best. For my taste I find it a bit "muddy" for movies and other spoken media so it lost 1 star. Connectivity is excellent. Switching devises is as easy as hitting the Bluetooth button. It holds a charge really well and the accessories are pretty nice.

I bought this speaker because it not only plays wirelessly, but I can also attach my non-bluetooth old iPod. Love the sound quality and portability. Highly recommend.

Well worth the $$$. Good solid bass and overall fidelity as you would expect with Bose. Great portability and battery life. Use it on our boat and camping in our RV.

Originally got the Color Bluetooth speaker as a gift. It sounded good but this unit sounds even better. Easy to use and very portable. Battery lasts all day for me.

So far I love the Bose SoundLink Mini! It sounds great, I love being able to carry it around the house and the battery lasts as long as I have ever needed it to.

This is my 3rd Bose system, and I took their SoundLink Color back because the sound wasn't the same. Still a good low cost answer. Anyway, for the size, I don't know if there is a better system out there than this SoundLink Mini? The sound is LEGENDARY in my household, and I can tell the difference. It is perfect to jam on the patio when grilling out, to use when traveling with our twins to give them a nap in a friends bedroom, and just convenience without sacrificing the KILLER SOUND Bose produces. Like I always say, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!! Thanks Bose for being SECOND TO NONE!! :-)

This compact Bluetooth speaker has great sound and works flawlessly with my iPod device. The small size makes it perfect for the kitchen, desk, or even bedside.

The size of the speaker is perfect and it's portable. We use it indoors and outdoors with our IPad. Can't say enough good things about it. Well worth the money

Only negative is that it cannot be used as speaker for speakerphone. Quality is amazing, very three dimensional. Used it as a soundbar for a Sony TV and it blew the TV speakers away. A little light on the bass but look at the size. Streaming from a smart phone and you have a boom box. Use it as a computer speaker (I have Bose computer speakers and this is just as good). Larger brother is $100 more and provides marginally greater volume and bass. Not worth the larger size. This unit is almost "stick it in your pocket" portable. Great battery life. Blue tooth pairing is a snap.

I was debating between the SoundLink Mini and the Beats Pill. Audio is subjective, so I won't go into that. I own several products by both brands. While the Pill does look awesome, the simplicity and elegance of the SoundLink Mini won me over. It was also on sale at the time, so that helped solidify things. The sound blew me away. Couldn't believe it was coming from such a small speaker. The battery seems to last and last. Pairing via Bluetooth is simple, but when I'm using an iPhone and want to conserve power, I just plug via AUX. I use my spare Beats plug ;-)

The Bose Mini probably has the best sound for a wireless speaker in its price range. Its sound is deep and rich, and it doesn't distort (unless you max out the volume). This speaker has some weight to it and is somewhat awkward-shaped which makes it a tiny bit harder to carry around compared to others like it - e.g. you can't just toss it in your bag and go. It's too high a quality speaker for that. My real issue with it is that it doesn't stay connected as far away as it promises -- you need to keep the speaker fairly close to the device (computer, smartphone, etc).

I brought this speaker after reading a lot of reviews. I did my research and this Bose Soundlink mini will blow you away when you use it. It connects to your device via Bluetooth and via an aux port. Bose did come out with a new model and added some new features but the sound quality is the same. I went with the old model because it was cheaper and I don't need the voice prompts or Micro USB charging because the battery on the speaker last 7 hours but it last longer. Must buy don't even think about JBL, Pill Speaker or any other speaker this one is great.

Bought it primarily to use in my car as I have an old car without BT connectivity. I needed a way to listen to my podcasts on the road. It works fine, sound is good even when driving on noisy roads. It took a little time for my ears to get used to it because the bass level is high especially considering I'm using it to listen to speech not music, but I've gotten used to it and it works great. I have to charge it after about 6 hrs of use

Great sound from this speaker, for its small size. Can't believe the bass you get from such a small package. Battery life is really good as well.

I personally like a good sounding HIFI, but when in the go, portability is king. I was hesitant that this tiny speaker would sound this good, it has great mid and high tone reproduction plus a little bass. Great for the beach, pool or outdoor picnic. Don't waste your moneys on waterproofing or other features, who is going to swim with their Bluetooth speaker? Go for better sound and volume with BOSE! BTW I tried the JBL Charge, it was great too, but lacked the bass this one has. That was one of the reason I chose the BOSE over the JBL.

We bought a Sony bluetooth speaker because it was slightly cheaper and ended up returning it for this one. This speaker is perfect. It is small enough to be conveniently portable while also loud enough for regular use in our house. The charging stand is great and the speaker grips well so it doesn't move around on the table (a big problem we had with the Sony one). The sound quality is amazing. We bought this right before moving abroad and were able to pack it easily in our luggage and now use it as our primary speaker in our house.

Top notch piece of technology all around...great connectivity, great bass response and beautiful highs...all around well worth the money

This is a great speaker. It's perfect for jamming out in my room and is really loud. The bass is amazing, I love everything about this speaker.

I have been completely pleased with my purchase of this Bose bluetooth speaker. Bose, to me, has usually been a bass heavy speaker, but this one seems to be very well balanced. It is great for traveling with and sounds great in every room for a small speaker. I use it at home too, from the bedroom before I go to bed or wake up in the morning, to cooking in the kitchen. Like I said, I have not been disappointed with this purchase at all, and would recommend it for the price in comparison to other speakers of the same range.
