I love the fact these will stay put in your ears without falling out. My only two complaints are the microphone is too high up and gets down in your collar. I'm always having to tell my spouse to pull his microphone out because when it gets in his collar, the static it causes makes it impossible to understand him. If it doesn't get inside his collar, it rubs on his beard and makes static. The other complaint is the clip that comes on these. It quickly pops off and you lose it. I purchased replacements from Bose's website, but I should not have had to for an item costing this much money.

These are for my dad to use. I have owned several pairs of Bose ear buds. Great sound quality and comfort. My one complaint is that they can be a little fragile. I have had one set that the actual ear bud fell apart(2 years of use) another set lasted about 18 months before the cord started shorting out at the jack. I also had a set that lasted 4 years without any issues.

Comfortable and quality product , this headset I use for my daily calls with my friends and family members, fits perfectly in ear and noise quality is too good , lightweight and worth to have this product, I am really happy to have this product and definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Best comfort earplugs , sound could be more clear but I have yet to find both for comfort and sound , these will do for long periods of wear

The Bose headphones produce an excellent bass and treble sound mix that generates a very easy sound to listen to. The ergonomically designed headphones have a very comfortable fit in the ears with a protective covering to keep out the sweat from entering in the earpieces. Fantastic headphones!

My husband loves these earphones. He uses them for working out, for travel and for conference calls. He especially loves them because they are not bulky and fit well. Sound is great - it's Bose after all and works with his android which is key.

Bose is an industry leader when it comes to audio, and this product is another example of that. Sweat resistant, quality sound, and comfort--all attributes of these earphones. I wear them for hours while at work (desk job), and then again at the gym, with no discomfort. Highly recommend.

I was skeptical about fit in the ear, but once I tried them, I love them. never move from my ear. like how it sounds good but allows some ambient noise still, which is good for runners.

The two things I require in headphones for my phone is decent sound and superior fit. I have little ears and many I have tried keep falling out. These headphones work well. The fit is exceptional and a bonus, my music sounds great as well. They are a little expensive, but well worth it.
