I love these headphones! They don't fall out of my ear when I'm running, and the sound is great. They also come with a small carrying case that's perfect for storing them away so they don't get tangled. They don't have volume control or a mic, but these are the best headphones I've found for running.

I love beats. Most people say this discounts me as a memeber of being an audiofile but i love the heavy bass. These bose have bass but not to the same level as beats, i beleive its cause they do not fit as snuggly in my ear as beats. But other reviews are correct, they are better overall then beats with you being able to hear everything in a audio track. The biggest plus is their comfort. though i cant sleep with them on, they do fit comfortably and can withstand movement. the biggest disappointment is, short cord and no mic or volume controls.

I got these Bose SoundSport headphones and was pleased at first. Bose is a quality brand and the sound was good (these are not noise-canceling, which works for me). However, not having a microphone was irritating, as I had to keep removing the earbud jack in order to talk on the phone. Still, this product is good for people with small ears, as the earbud design and fit keep it snugly in the ear without being uncomfortable. I wore them while exercising and the sweat didn't interfere with sound or performance. If you don't mind not having a microphone, then this is a good pair of earbuds for you. If you need the microphone, then the extra $30 for the upgraded version is worth it.

I bought these at a good price during Black Friday sale. They provide great sound, and very comfortable to wear. Great for workouts. Unfortunately, they do not have the microphone and remote built into the chords, so you have to control your music via the phone. You can still use the headphones during phone calls, but you need to speak into the phone's mic. The chords seem to be very thin and not very robust. Overall great product if you can get them on sale.

Had this for over half a year now and it's working great. Mostly using it when I go to the gym. Sound quality is great and is able to stay in the ear even when rapidly moving. The only problem may be that it does not have a mic. Not a major issue to me though. If I hold the phone close enough to me, I am still able to talk through the phone mic with the earphones plugged in.

I guess I did not read the description well enough but it does not have a microphone for your mobile device. In today's world of audio through your phone I just expected it to be there...my bad. The ear pieces are great and it sits inside the ear very comfortably. Th audio quality is as you would expect from Bose! I like them for the airplane but not as my everyday headset due to the lack of being able to use it to answer a phone call.

Bought as a backup pair b/c of the sale

Love these Bose earphones. Already own a pair that have lasted more than 2.5 years using them 3-5 days a week year round at the gym. After using them I wad them up and stick back in their case and the line integrity continues to hold up. Any other pair I've purchased usually last less than 18 months. A little pricey so when the sale came up I jumped on a spare pair. Don't have a mic or I'd have given them a 5.

These bose earphones are excellent. They are very comfortable, and sound quality is amazing. You hear audio pieces which you otherwise don't hear via other earphones. Bass is not overpowering. Overall, its a pair that you can keep on for long time without causing any discomfort to your ears. Giving only 4 stars due to this: Only drawback is - these are audio-only earphones, a mic would have been good to have.

I specifically bought these because they don't have the built in mic as I find that feature annoying when I run long distances. Fit is good at first but better after a little sweat. Second set of Bose headphones I have owned. First set rusted at the plug. Sound is better than the Monster headphones I have also owned but fit better in the Monster.

Great (no frills) set of earbuds

Let me start off by saying that Bose offers unparalleled quality and the sound these small earphones produce is second to none. They do not disappoint here either. They even give you a small, invisible zipper, padded carrying case with a nice carabiner on it to clip onto almost anything you'd like. Another plus is the fact that they are water resistant. No you can't swim in them, but sweat won't break them either. That's great for those who workout or cut grass with headphones on. The only three complaints I have is: 1. The earphones silicon does not mold to the ear like you think it would and as a result, can allow for outside noise to still be heard. 2. No controller or microphone to be found to answer your phone with. They are straight ear buds, no frills. 3. The bass isn't as pronounced as the treble. The bass thing is really my only true gripe with these ear buds, since I knew going in to purchase these that the other 2 items I mentioned are not functions that these ear buds are advertised as having, so I can't really hold it against the product for the sake of this review. Would I recommend these at the MSRP? Yes, if you don't mind the missing features mentioned above. As I got these at Best Buy as part of their 'Black Friday' sales promotion. The price was very (extremely) reasonable and I would recommend them to anyone at 60% off if they ever offer that sale again. I liked them so much that I bought an extra pair for my wife!

I was able to purchase Bose Earphones during Black Friday deal at $39.99 - At this price, its really a steal. Sound quality is awesome and you don't feel any pain even after using for long period of time. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for good pair of earphones. Only reason why I am not giving 5 star is because it does not have mic - so can't use while talking on phone.

I have had a similar models from Bose. These are great for running. The rubber ear hooks are nearly perfect and there is no noise from swinging cables, etc. The previous headphones I had from Bose had a mic and controls and they tended to fail at the microphone after a few months. Not a problem here.

First I have to say I got these for a fraction of the price during black Friday deals so the price was very reasonable. The sound is great and they sit comfortably. They have different earbud sizes which come in handy. Would've like for them to have a microphone but still worth the try.

Bose has really nailed the design from a comfort standpoint. Easy to wear these for a full day of skiing. Wish it had volume controls or a microphone for voice controls but you get what you pay for I guess.

Having always sampled the Bose headphones in the store I always knew I wanted a pair, but the cost has keep me from purchasing a pair. When I saw these on sale for Black Friday I knew this was in my price range to get a pair. The sound quality is amazing, and you get a carrying case to go with them. My friend also purchased a pair and really likes them. The only complaint I have is that these headphones don't have a microphone for taking calls or a remote. But because their Bose I can overlook that. If your debating about buying a pair you need to make the purchase.

Very good pair of earphones, extra ear buds to fit your size. Sound quality is lovely and true, does equal justice to low, mid and high tones. Only drawback is that it doesn't have mic, hence the 4 stars only.

They stay put in your Ears even when you're walking or running around. They can be stored compactly in the cover provided. The only thing they are lacking is a Microphone. If you're NOT looking for Headphones with MICROPHONE, this would be a good choice.

    No in-line Volume Controls

I returned these. The sound, as usual with Bose, was great, but for some reason this style headset does not come with in-line volume controls. This plainly makes little sense. I bought them for working out, as they are "sports" headphones, and I can't easily skip to the next song or change the volume without a remote, in-line, volume control and skip buttons that all of my other Bose headsets include. To be sure, this headset DOES NOT have an in-line mic for speaking on the phone (which I did not want), but oddly, it is the same price. So why no controls? Previously, I had purchased the Bose Sports headset with in-line mic, which did allow speaking (theoretically) and came with in-line remote controls over volume, song selection, and stopping the music altogether. It is a faulty product. I had three of them; none of them lasted over a few days. I discovered the the microphone was shorted by my sweat. If used exclusively for exercise, they'd be fine, but if used as an exercise and talking headset, within one or two workouts, the headset would break. Even though after the first and second times, Bose assured me that it was an anomaly and that they had never experienced such breakdown in the past,, the third time was a charm. Lightning simply doesn't strike the same place three times in a row within a couple of days of usage each time. So I bought these. As a pair of listening headphones, they are fine. But for a pair of headphones to use while working out? It makes no sense. In the midst of a cardiac workout, one has to stop what she's doing if any adjustment or change needs to be made, and that simply makes no sense. SKIP THESE if interested in a sports headset. It'd be better to buy the headset with the in-line mic knowing that within minutes of one's first workout, that the mic is likely to short.
