The headphones are great. They are user friendly (easy to pair with many devices). Battery life is good for these types of devices. Comfortable.

I have three pairs of these. You can use the app to share a signal for two people to listen to the same device, like running with a partner or your kids watching a single device in the car. The sound is great and the best part is that the ear buds won’t hurt your ears after a long day traveling and listening to something.

Had the pair for over two years and they were great. Excellent sound quality, easy to pair, great battery life. The only issue is that sometimes in the gym when doing horizontal exercises they had a tendency to fall out of my ears. However, with anything vertical, jumping around and running very had an issue.

I've purchased the Beats Wireless and SOL Republic and these BOSE are the best yet. Although awkward at first , the way these fit in your ears are great. Great bass and clarity. NOTE: I also bought my wife a pair and after a couple of weeks they just stopped working. We returned them to Geek Squad and they said they'd take care of it. We'll see! Mine are still doing great!

I really like this headset. They sound great and people can hear me clearly on the other side. Only negative is that the battery dies quickly.

Bose is the best in sounds quality. No doubt about it. I loves these headphone but the big issue is it's not made for my curly hair. I have no problem with them when I have my hair in a ponytail while working out but when my hair is down loose, the clip and the wings of the buds get stuck in my hair. It a continuous process of trying to get my hair out. Another problem I found is that when you run outside when it's windy, it comes out of your ear. The headphones itself bulges out of the ear and it's not great on windy days. Now on to the positive side of the review, they have an exceptional sound, I love that it has an app that will update the headphones itself, let you see the battery life, and you can also connect two headphones together from one phone and listen to the same music! Isn't that amazing! And it gives you a battery life up to 7 hrs. Love the different earbud sizes and it's easy to carry. The clip allows the headphones not to moves to one side and you can't feel the volume button while running, which is a plus. Overall my experience was average, I love these headphones but I wish it was curly friendly.

Great sound quality, no regrets buying these. Have so far hooked these up to my Surface, OnePlus 7T, and desktop PC, all ended up in great sound quality and range. The different sized buds included are great too and best part is that they are comfortable and cause no discomfort after wearing for a few hours.

I purchased the earphones from the bestbuy store and i have been using it for two months. It’s not as convenient as the truly wireless model if you are planning to listen with just one ear. But it does a great job in delivering quality sound. The battery will take you through the day for normal use or provide a decent 5+ hrs of continuous use.

I have used the wired Bose Soundsport earphones for years and was super excited when the wireless version was announced. I had tried the Powerbeats wireless but just couldn't get them to fit well. They always popped out of my ears during my run. I was thrilled at how the Bose earphones fit! You know they fit well when you forget you have them on. The sound quality is also excellent. Great bass, crisp highs, great mix of ambient sound so I don't get hit by cars. I was ready to rate these a 5 star. And then, it all went down hill. The bluetooth pairing, while a bit problematic, was tolerable. But about my 3rd run with the earphones and about 30 min into it, the earphones started "beeping" (I later learned it's the noise they make when you turn them up or down with the control on the the side of them) and slowly went silent. Then they started saying, "for English press the multi-function button" over and over. I couldn't do anything with them. They wouldn't respond to anything including a power off. I ran the rest of my run with them around my neck. When I got home, I plugged them in and charging them "reset" them. The next time I used them, they were fine but the time after, they did the exact same thing! I took them back to Best Buy and swapped them for a new pair. The new pair had this same problem and others. Sometimes when I paired them, the volume button would work with my IPhone but the stop, fast forward, etc. would not. If I turned them off and back on and repaired, it would clear this up. It is behavior sometimes experienced when you pair Android designed earphones with Apple IPhones. But the biggest problem is the continuing volume decline during my runs! For anyone that runs, you know how much it sucks to loose your tunes 30 minutes into a 1 hour run. I have contacted Bose support by phone and they just said "we will send you a new pair" but I knew I could take them back to Best Buy for that option (I purchased the extended warranty). I filled out a contact sheet on the Bose support site asking for a "higher level" of support to contact me (vs. the call center overseas where they read off a script), but I haven't heard a word and it's been well over a week. So I am horribly disappointed. I was so happy when I first used them but clearly they aren't ready for primetime. P.S. My own belief is that the cord and multi-function control are not completely waterproof and after about 30 minutes of running in 80 degree heat in the southern U.S., sweat some how penetrates the casing and "shorts" the volume and center control contact together (after they dry out, this clears up). If you read the manual, this is the action you take to change languages (which is exactly what the earphones think is happening and why they start saying, "for english, press and hold the multi-function button"). I am disappointed that a company like Bose would release a sports earphone that wasn't truly waterproof. More disappointed that I asked for a support contact more than a week ago and haven't heard a word.

Got these after I tried Beats by Dre wireless (which broke after two weeks). I really like the way they feel in my ears (although, truth be told, this is the 2nd pair I am using, the first pair broke within two weeks as well). The sound is clear and loud. I normally use them on my ride to/from home on BART, which is saying a lot about the sound because BART is really noisy.

Perfect for the gym or any activity where sweat is involved. Stays in ear and sound quality is very good. Best pair I've owned and I'm a previous beats in ear owner. Holds a charge and battery life is excellent. Also has a clip for your shirt so when doing burpees or rope/TRX work they stay in your ear and out of the way. Must have!

Sound quality is amazing, battery life is great, never any problems when talking while driving or outdoors. Even the wind doesn’t seem to bother ppl when I’m talking to them. This is my 3rd set, one for work, home, exercise.

These were given to me as a gift and I have been very pleased with them. I was surprised at the lower frequency I can hear when searing them.
