The little grey piece that is attached earbud, you almost have to feel like you have to shove it in to get it to fit comfortably? Maybe its just how I was using them, but the sound is decent. I did like how it came with a clip attached to the small wired cord. For the price and sound quality, I would purchase them. It does its job.

After 2 months the little clip that comes with it to clip on to the back of your shirt broke. Now 6 months later the device seems to be having some sound issues. The sound is not as great quality as it was in the beginning, and I have checked for updates and it seems to be updated. I'm hopping that I just got a bad pair because I Love bose's products.
