As expected, this is a great sounding machine and contrary to some reviews, set up was easy and operation is straightforward. Integration into Spotify is good. Very hopeful direct Apple Music integration or AirPlay is included in the future. Definitely seems to be a case where the consumer is caught in the spat between Bose and Apple/Beats.

I had tried several other wireless sound systems before I purchased the Bose. I have a larger Bose sound system that I have had for several years and they both are of the highest quality. I can take this product to my office and I can easily carry it to any room in my house. Once it is paired with my phone it is effortless to link and play from Spotify or Apple Music. Its great and the sound quality is superb.

Great Bluetooth and wi fit and great sound easy to use with the remote

My wife and I love this SoundTouch20. We love the wireless and bluetooth function. The sound is great and we haven't had any issues. We have now had it for a month and love it. We are looking forward to getting a couple of SoundTouch10 to pair with the 20.

This is a great wireless speaker and sounds really good for the size. Set up was relatively painless and both WiFi and Bluetooth work really well. Only downside is the SoundTouch App is kind of clunky and not exactly intuitive to use. On the flip side though, the grouping of multiple systems (I bought a portable Soundtouch too) is pretty slick!

Easy setup, perfect size, great sound! Unique features!

I was at a Best Buy store when deciding to purchase a speaker system and the sales person DID NOT recommend Bose, saying that it was not that good and was difficult to set up! He was pushing the Sono Sound System pretty hard. I used the demonstration feature at the store and thought the sound was good. My first purchase was the smaller Bose Soundtouch which is good, but moved that unit to my bedroom and purchased the next larger unit for my kitchen/familyroom area. What I like about the Bose system is: 1. Easy to set up 2. I can play different music in different rooms or I can have them play the same music at the same time 3. With the app, I can turn on the music using my iphone and adjust the sound or shut one or both speakers off 4 The sound is really good for the price 5. The fact that I can add to this system 6. I can turn the unit on or off using the button on the speaker unit and change my music using the preset buttons (great when I don't have my phone near by) 7. With this larger unit, it will show the name of the song playing and the artist. Overall very please with Bose and may continue to add to this system. I am so glad that I did NOT listen to the Best Buy salesperson and did my homework by reading the reviews and trusted my instincts!

I knew before I bought these speakers, that Bose would not disappoint. I bought three to play music throughout the house and the sound in incredible. Great bass, clarity, and the functionality to play different music or the same throughout the house is awesome! Would highly recommend!

I also have the series 30.....I use this one for a smaller room and the sound is so great that i can't believe it's coming from something this small. Love it

BOSE delivers with excellent sound as always and the best part is they add some nice features on top of that. A nice compact remote, Bluetooth connectivity (which works nicely with my Echo Dot) as well as Wi-Fi, easy to use presets, a nice front display and a pretty good desktop app for configuration and easy access to a number of online radio stations. I got it on sale for well under $300 so to me it's a lot of bang for the buck.

We debated about getting this model Bose sound system or a larger one. For a medium sized, compact home without a lot of high ceilings this system does an excellent job of projecting clear sounding music even from a partial two-story room location to our main floor of our home. If we want the sound to feel more nearby, it is a compact, easy to move unit and we can easily carry it downstairs to enjoy throughout the main floor at a medium or lower volume setting. The sound is awesome, with great clarity. We mostly listen to Pandora on this Bose system and it is wonderful--no matter what type of music we are listening to! I love to listen to solo piano music--and it sounds like I have my own, personal pianist playing a grand piano to soothe me. Every listening is like having my own, personal "spa day"! Love this system, wish we'd made the purchase much sooner!!

This is getting 4 stars instead of five because of one reason...the wifi connectivity is a giant pain in the butt and the app is mediocre at best. But let's be honest, you buy bose for the sound quality. Which this meets and exceeds every expectation in that department. The speaker would not connect to my 2.4ghz network, I read many a forums on how this is a very common issue. I was able to get it to connect to my 5ghz network on the first try. The problem being is the signal strength isn't as strong on the 5, and it isn't a device that warrants needing to be connected to that bandwidth. The app is mediocre, and only somewhat user friendly. All in all I would still recommend this device, because it meets and exceeds every sound quality expectation.

We were originally looking at Bluetooth speakers when the Bose rep introduced us to their new line of speakers. We are so glad he did! This is the perfect speaker! Bose has perfected the sound produced smaller sized speaker systems. It has the perfect balance of bass, mids, and treble. It is a full, rich sound. With wifi and Bluetooth anyone can use the speaker from their tablet or phone. Plus the Bose app is so easy to use as a remote control.

Soundtouch 20 is easy to connect to wifi, sounds great, easy to connect with Spotify which is giving me access to so much music! I would highly recommend this product and am going to purchase another unit for another area of the house.

Excellent system!! We use it multiple times a day. Great sound and it streams Pandora and just about anything else you can think of. Super easy to set up out of the box. I own multiple Bose systems, and this won't be the last. Love it!!

The design is great, clear and clean sound, easy operation, the setup fairly easy, plus access to music from around the world

Got this for my nephew who works in an International cargo ship and loves to listen to music in his quarters. He likes it very much. We compared it with Sonos, JBL and Bose 10, and we found this to be the best, with JBL coming in close. The sound is perfect and does not break. The bass is good enough for a small space. Plus it's both wireless and Bluetooth enabled. So listening to online music is easy.

Excellent device with great sound. It was easy to set up and get the iPhone app working with it. Had some issues getting my sound library to become visible to the app, but otherwise, it's a great product.

Love this product. I think it's very user friendly and a great item in my household. Will add extra speakers soon to give a more surround sound in my home, but it's sufficient enough as is. Highly recommend this speaker!

The Bose 20 box does everything it is advertised to do. So easy to use and so easy to setup for the first time. Sound quality and loudness without distortion is great!
