Astounding sound for the size. Perfect for a medium sized room. Set up was easy and the app makes using the sound system remarkably easy. Sure there are cheaper brands out there but why settle for less. Bose is the best.

Quality of the sound, well it is Bose. What I like it most about this one is the digital display, shows track info, which device it is connected too either on bluetooth or wifi. A little pricey but an excellent product

This speaker has amazing sound quality. Out of a pretty compact unit. Only problem is I thought it was portable. It is not unless you have an outlet everywhere you go. If its for in home use its great. I bought it thinking it was portable for my deck. Lucky I have outlets, I just cant place it on the deck where I want. The sound is great tho!!

I had purchased ST 30 few years back and it did not have Bluetooth capabilities as the salesman told me Bose is going with WiFi instead of Bluetooth because of the distance limitation with BT. Also bought other system along with it. Now ST30 has both BT and Wifi…. needless say I was pretty mad. (did not buy from Best buy) Instead of spending $80 - $100 on BT adapter for my ST30 bought this speaker. Now I am able to link ST20 with my old ST30 and have BT capabilities. The sound it great. Had NY2020 party... with all speakers going the sound was more than enough for house party.

This wireless system is immense. Combined with the SOUNDTOUCH app it is a great addition to the home. The only setback are the services that only allow one logon to one device at a time. :( The speaker itself is great quality allowing streaming services and your iTunes library! Highly recommended product from Bose.

We put the Sonos Play5 in our master bedroom and it is simply awesome. We started with a Bose system but returned it lacked a simple feature we wanted in this room - a sleep timer. So we've had both systems in the room, and although the Bose sounds good, it isn't on par with the Sonos.

The sound quality is great for this unit. We have it in a large room and it projects nicely. Set-up was easy and good unit. A little pricey but happy with purchase.

The unit has nice sound as Bose always does.... It doesn't go as loud as compared to the sound bar, but works well. I would prefer a little louder, but haven't tried using online yet. I was told when I purchased that it was also battery operated, but not the case otherwise a nice unit..

Installation was a breeze. i expected a little more setting up but it was fast. Sound clarity and the rest i think I dont have to rate. Its BOSE! I bought it for the bluetooth feature but the preset of 6 channels is also cool. just press a button and you have your music. Overall.. Happy with the buy..

I've had the Bose SoundTouch 20 for about 3 months and I'm very satisfied. Setup was simple and I can easily connect to all of my Apple devices via BT. Internet radio works flawlessly. Very good sounding unit with full rich basses.

This speakers has good audio quality as expected from Bose. Works well both over wifi and Bluetooth. Bose sound touch app is not the very best though.

I've been wanting a Bluetooth speaker and was at first considering JBL. Until, I heard how this Bose speaker sound. It sounds better than all Bluetooth speakers. Has a more stereo surround sound. Definitely say get this one. It's worth the money.

I love this speaker! Been using it for 2 months now. Initially I was considering buying the Soundtouch 10, but I'm glad I decided on the Soundtouch 20. I have it in my bedroom (size 19'x13'), and it is more than sufficient in filling up the room with music, plenty loud with deep bass for my taste (I usually have the volume at the half way mark). Easily connected via bluetooth to my phone, tablet and PC. I also have it connected to my smart Sony TV with a simple audio cable. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase.

The sound quality is very good and crisp. The base is very rich and the volume is high. You could use this for a house party of a few.

Incredible sound - nothing compares to Bose. My favorite thing about it is the WiFi. It has 6 presets that you can use for your favorite internet radio station or SiriusXM station. You can also Bluetooth from your phone for amazing sound. This is my 2nd one and I have them in separate rooms. You can play music on both at the same time and control separately or together using the Bose app. Love love love!
