As noted in my review of the 30, very good sound (this one has a noticeably lower bass output than the 30 but us plenty loud) and love the syncing ability. Only downside is dropping Wi-Fi once in awhile, a booster has helped but I am not tech savvy enough to know if the problem is with the equipment or my network

It plays music beautifully and is very loud in a regular room setting. It's small enough that its portable as well.

Great sound. Set up is not difficult but not that easy either. Worst thing about series III is the lack of Apple AirPlay support. AirPlay has been replaced by Bluetooth which does not provide the best experience with TVos, iOS or MacOS

This is what you would expect from Bose. The sound is amazing and you can listen to music via Bluetooth or WiFi. The sound quality is crystal clear at high volumes and the speaker is somewhat portable (if you have a WiFi signal and a 120V receptacle). The only drawback in my opinion, is the difficulty to connect to an HD television. There is not an HDMI connection on the speaker so you will need to buy extra hardware if you want to connect to a "dumb" TV that was manufactured 1 - 2 years ago. I do not have a smart TV, so I am unsure if any connection issues arise with that configuration. Over all I am very happy with the Soundtouch 20.

Great Sound, clear, small compact ; fills the room, love the features remote, clean design and looks sleek

I went in to buy a SoundTouch 30 for my family room because I love the SoundTouch 10 in my bedroom. The sales person at Best Buy suggested the smaller unit based on the room size. I saved some money and the sound is great and more than enough for the room it’s in: about 16 x 18’. I’ll likely buy a 30 as well, just need to choose the best area for it. I never have to crank the 20 up so I feel it works great for mid sized rooms

For the money this works for me. The ease of use with the App makes this a fun sound system. I've actually got it linked with my Amazon Echo so I can just ask Alexa to play me some music or one of my Audible books and I get good clean sound that can be heard clearly anywhere in my house. Granted I'm a bit of an electronics geek but I'm sure just about anyone could set up the app and have it play your favorite music without problem. Great buy.

Love the ease of remote control. Unit not too large. Easy to use and of course Bose sound is always great.

I wanted to be able to play music outside near the pool for the summer. I tested a lot of products at my local BB store and selected the Bose® - SoundTouch® 20 Series III Wireless Music System for its quality of sound, capacity to add more speakers, and price. When I got it home I found it very easy to set up with the free app feature. The sound is just as great at home in the backyard as it was in the store. I would highly recommend this product!

The sound system is great we love it as a family. It play all through the house I would recommend it to all of my friends and family. The sound system has amazing sound through out the house.

Sound quality is great, like any Bose product. The networking features are a pain to set up the first time, but once you get it set you're good to go. It does not have an internal battery so you're gonna have to be mindful of power outlets if you wanna set it up somewhere else

Love the speakers. Great sound, and looks very nice. Soundwave is great as well. My only reservation is the lack of options for music streaming available (I wish it had amazon prime music). Also, if you set up multiple speakers, you cannot play the TV audio through them all.

Needed convenient, potentially portable, high-quality sound in the house and patio. This unit serves as the base unit and delivers well beyond my expectations. Compact but fully functional for my needs. I use a different system for TV/sound bar, so am happy to get Bose quality that I can move around. Am headed to BB today for another pair of ST10s

this is a great product, I bought it for my husband who is a lover of music, a friend of his had a similar one...the difference is this one is not portable...he wanted the one that uses batteries and can be used wherever he chooses...other than that this is a great product

The sound and clarity from this speaker is outstanding. We have it in our kitchen, and we can hear it perfect throughout our entire house. Very happy with our purchase.

This is a powerful unit with endless linking capabilities to access music worldwide. The bluetooth and wifi options makes this way easy to use and the app to control this is amazing.

This is a very nice and great sounding speaker. Seamless connection with my wireless network and computer. The presets are very handy.
