If you're looking for great sound, Bose are the earbuds you're looking for. I love the sound quality. These are the updated version of Sport True wireless and they fit my ear way better than the previous ones that I had a hard time keeping them in. I like the new touch controls to answer/hangup calls, and change tracks, the only thing I don't like is there is no touch option to change the volume and no way to increase in-call volume which I find to be on the lower side. I also noticed with the new version it does have the locate feature in event you misplaced them...overall I am happy the Bose Sport.

Ran my last set of Bose SoundSports through the washing machine and found myself scrambling to find a new paid. I loved the SoundSports but figured it was time for an upgrade as the SoundSport design is now 6+ years old. Pros: -Incredible sound quality. I have yet to find another pair of sport headphones that nails sound quality like Bose does. Perfectly balanced sound. Bass when you need it but not to the point where it drowns out the sound. Strong mids and lows. -Comfortable, snug fit. They include 3 in-ear fittings so these should fit with just about everyone. -Innovative touch controls for volume, start/stop, Siri and a shortcut you can program. So far I found them to be very responsive. -Small case and overall footprint. Cons -None so far!

The Bose Sport Earbuds are legit. I've been an audio fanatic since birth. Literally. From the crib onwards. Bose came into my life in my teens courtesy of my father, who bought a phenomenal surround system in the mid 90s that blew my mind. From '92 to '08, I bought nothing but Bose audio equipment, from headphones to home audio to bluetooth speakers. Then the soundlink II around ear headphones were released, and my reaction was very negative. I love all the QC series, but the soundlink series disappointed me so much that I stopped buying bose headphones. The the NC700 came out, and I was heartbroken. The sound was soo... meh.. Bose is losing their swag. R&D is getting lazy... The truly wireless earbud market is very competitive, but I've yet to find some buds that make me happy. I had very little faith in Bose releasing a good truly wireless in ear. The Soundsport Free didn't impress me. They just released the QC Earbuds and the new Sport Earbuds. I thought, why not... I apologize to Bose for doubting them. "The Sound" is back.... it's back!!!!! The Sport Ear buds look great in Baltic Blue, and more importantly, they sound fantastic. The highs, mids, and lows, all tuned to perfection..amazing sound right out of the box... but that's not all of it. These buds are actually EQable. No, Bose still doesn't have an EQ in the accompanying app, but download any decent app, like poweramp, and you can make these beautiful babies sound like anything you want!! Out of the box, after connecting with the Bose music app, the sound is better than anything I've heard over the past 5 years in the truly wireless market. Great soundstage. Open and airy sound. No distortion. No sibilance. Bass goes deeeeep...I need that. I'm a basshead and I need my headphones to massage me with those low lows....BUT, they better not sacrifice the mids and highs to do so.. No no. I admit I want that perfect sound. These Bose Sport Earbuds come closer to that perfection than any other truly wireless in ears I've tried.. which include Jabra Elite 75t, Sony WF1000XM3, Sennheiser Momentum TW, Master & Dynamic MW07, B&O Beoplay E8, Powerbeats Pro, Jaybird Vista, and a few others. Thank you Bose, for taking it back to the '90s for me. Nobody does audio like you guys, when you do it RIGHT. Btw folks, I got the QC ear buds as well. They are great too. I'll review them as well at some point. Right now though, I can't seem to take these Sport Earbuds off.

The product is good. Fits well in my ear. Sound quality is excellent. Highly useful for jogs and Gym workouts. The battery lasts pretty long. Only caveat is while taking calls, people on the other end complain about hearing backrgound noises more than my voice.

Pros: The case will charge the earbuds 4 or 5 times including the charge the earbuds themselves have, and everything charges in less than an hour. The buds are super comfortable for extended periods of time and can take a bit of a beating. Cons: the sound quality and isolation could be better. The bass just isn't there and sometimes the volume is too low. Because of these things, even the sale price is too high.

Great sound quality and the charge lasts a long time. Only downside for these is that they don't always connect right away to my iphone. Often I have to put them back in the charger box and pull them back out so they connect.

Bought these & returned the Bose Quiet Comfort earbuds. These are much better because there is no wind noise like their bigger brother. Smaller = less surface area for wind to blow over creating undue noise. Great sound, fit snug and easy to use except I haven;t been able to use the touch sensor to adjust the volume for some reason.

They have the good audio quality you can expect from a Bose, good battery life (5 hours) and are comfortable to wear. Against I can say that they do not have a good microphone to speak on calls and it does not filter environmental noise well.

The sound quality with these buds are amazing when paired with a device that is Bluetooth 5.1 capable. If you are using an older device (older phone/iPod/tablet) the sound will be very soft and noise isolation will be awful. Depending on what you pair these buds with, that may or may not be a problem. Like previous bose earbuds it has a unique tip that goes in the ear. For me they are comfortable and have not fallen out once when I run, do yoga, or do weight lifting. You will not have to worry about these buds falling out if you put them in correctly. I only gave these buds 4 stars due to the lack of control. The app you use for the buds is basically useless. You can only pause/play or skip to the next song without picking up your device. There is no volume adjustment on the buds themselves. You will either have to open the app or change the volume on your device. For earbuds advertised for exercise that is a little disappointing. Another nuisance to these buds is you cannot connect to multiple devices at once and will have to manually connect to each one. This can be tiresome if you like to switch between devices. If you purchases these buds you will not be disappointed by the sound quality. Hopefully bose will release an update to the buds in the future that will help with some of the control setting drawbacks.

Its a good pair of headphones, quality is good, sound is good, mic is good, battery life is meh, no such thing as independant ears. They run on the same battery life and that is a terrible thing for me. I swapped out samsung earbuds for these and i regret it. The samsung earbuds had individual battery life each ear so i could swap sides when one side is dying. These bose ones dont do that, when one side dies, they both do. Otherwise the sound qaulity is good stuff, the mic for phone calls is great as well. The battery life is about 3hrs give or take. The case battery life hasnt died on me yet and lasts very long, i assume its strong to keep charging the buds after they run low. I work for 8hrs and just wanted a long lasting pair of earbuds. They arent for me but they may be for you. Would recommend if whats described is your type of thing. I myself may go back to samsung again or find something else. I hope this review helps you.

I love these Bose Sport Earbuds. I owned the previous Bose generation of the Free Sport earbuds but the battery started to go bad after a few years. These new ones are lighter and sound better. I tried out different earbuds and these are hands down the best sounding ones. I use them for jogging and they stay in place. I also use them with my Roku for personal listening. Movies and shows sound great like having a high end surround sound system. I highly recommend these earbuds.

They are what I expected and even more. I have had Bose headphones and these are my first earbuds and I totally love them. The sound quality is amazing and for price it’s is a must have. Despite they are for sport they have become my daily earbuds over the iPods pro. Highly recommended!

The sound is very good. Battery life is good. Ease of pairing to Bluetooth is easy and functions available are easy to work. It is a four star rating because you can turn up the volume on the ear buds which is a pain you must increase the volume on the device you are connected to. Stay in your ear very well.

Smaller than previous generation. Great sound. I don't think the volume can be adjusted from the device. Background sound quality during calls have improved drastically. I think the bass and overall sound is better in previous generation. Satisfied with purchase and product but disappointed that both ears can't be used interchangeably for calls.

The sound quality is decent, they are some of the most comfortable ear buds I have worn, but they don't always connect to my phone at the same time. For some reason half of the time only one bud with be connected and I will have to attach the other bud back to the case and wait 5 seconds for it to finally sync up with the other one. This model only has a play/pause ability so if you want to skip or rewind you will need to use your device. I am assuming that feature, the syncing weirdness, and the affordable price go hand in hand since my other pair of Bose buds don't have those problems, but they cost $100 more.

Ok ok The sound is great /freaking awesome The fit and feel is amazing / 5 hours no pain and stayed in They do stick out alot But the reason for 3 Stars is the phone call Audio And the Buds themselves Every person I talk to on the phone can barely hear me they tell me to pick my phone up and put it on my face The other thing that kills me and is Really frustrating U can only have The right earbud in on its own If u try to only use the left earbud It wont let u The right earbud must be connected for the left bud to work So u cant swap them out to always keep one in for music and calls Its Either the right earbud or both of them at the same time I love bose But I regret buying these And its to late to return them

    • Brand response from Bose Support
      Posted .

      Hello,

For call audio issues, I recommend unpairing and establishing a new connection with your smartphone. This should help resolve any problems regarding this.

The Sport earbuds are "Truly Wireless Stereo" a.k.a TWS earbuds. This means that they are able to play stereo audio wirelessly. To achieve this, each bud serves a different function. The right bud operates as a primary bud and communicates directly with the phone. The left bud operates as a secondary bud and receives its information from the right bud, that is why you cannot use the left bud on its own.

      Kind regards,

Jeff - Bose Customer Support bose

I wanted earbuds that would stay in place when I would run. These take some getting used to, but I have sprinted with them on and they didn't move. I use the smaller earbud pieces that came in the box. Still sometimes it feels that they aren't in right. The touch controls are temperamental. When I take longer then the earbuds like to adjust, they won't work. I have to disconnect the bluetooth and then reconnect it so that they work. The double tap to pause or play does not always work either. There are times when I am practically beating the earbud to get the music to turn back on. I checked Bose's website and on there it says if you run you finger up the right earbud, you can adjust the volume of the music. I have yet to get that to work. The description says these last up to five hours. They do not. I timed it, and it is more like three hours of continuous use. They do have a lot of bass. I went with these because they were cheaper than the noise cancelling ones. Kind of wish I had gone with those, as I still hear a lot of surrounding noise.

I bought these earbuds after 2 times buying and returning different earbud brands. My first choice were airpods. Those sucked. Second choice was skullcandy. Those sounded good but terrible connection. Then I tried these Bose earbuds. So far I'm happy. I have the other soundsport headphones that are wired and I've been content with those. But sometimes I don't want the wire hanging around my neck so I wanted to try out some earbuds. So far the battery life is great, the comfort is good (way better than airpods, ouch), the connection is pretty on point. My only cons is the button to open the case is a little difficult to press. It's a little short and I have to use my nail instead of my finger tip. But not a deal breaker. Second con is that I wish the case had more available carrying cases like the airpods where you can clip it on your waist. I had to buy another case that zip ups but small enough to fit the Bose case and clip it on my waist. Seems a bit bulky but it'll do for now. Last con is I wish it could connect Bluetooth to multiple devices at same time. Overall I'm content with it.
