I love that they're super lightweight and the sound is so clear. Sometimes I even forget I'm wearing them, so I can say they've adapted really well to my fast-paced lifestyle. I highly recommend them!

Works great for exactly what I need it for.. work. Music while still being aware of my surroundings. I even decorated them with jewelry. Sounds great sometimes it has functioning problems where the ear piece are not in sync but I reset the Bluetooth and it works fine after. Fits comfortably.

Long battery life, excellent sound quality, unobtrusive to inner ear. Wowed by the high performance. Highly recommend these to anyone with sensitive hearing. Enjoying this product very much. Thank you Bose and Best Buy!

Really enjoy these headphones, however they did take some time to adjust, as I’ve always had over head headphones. Now that I’m used to them though, I find it convenient not having to adjust them. They have a long range, so leaving my phone at a workout machine while I grabbed some other stuff was a pro for me (I have accidentally left them in the building and walked to my car.) They are not as loud as my over head headphones but that was to be expected. Overall good sound, good for runs, and battery lasts.

I'm happier with these Buds the more I use them. Purchased them as Open Box as they are spendy and they arrived like-new. I purchased because they were presented as good for music listening. For me the highs, mids are solid and I rate the bass as quite good. For my ears the tips for in-ear buds never secured well so the Bose open ear set up works great. I find them comfortable over longer listening periods. Am using for podcasts also with great results.

Overall I like them for what they are. I have an Iphone so since these arent owned by apple they don't connect as smoothly as beats and airpods. They stay on really well and are very comfortable (issues I had with beats and airpods); so comfortable I accidentally wear them all day bc I forget they are on. Being open ear the volume isn't very loud but that is expected, I never listened to anything at max volume with other headphones anyways. This is my first pair of open ear style. I think the mic quality is pretty good in quiet places but on the phone I get complaints the other person can't hear me well, occasionally. I get asked about them a lot because they look like jewelry.

I've tried a million earbuds, but because my ears are small they are either too big to fit, or fit but hurt after a short time making them useless in the long run. These are the first earbuds that I've been able to wear for hours at a time because they do not have to sit into my ear, rather around it. Sound is great. Definitely not noise cancelling but that wasn't a factor for me. And its my understanding that while they are not in my ear, the noise does not carry excessively for others around me to be burdened by it. Color choice was awesome -- as i hate the white/black options that most carry and this is a bit more seamless. Love them!

Loving my Bose noise cancelingLunar blue on ear earbuds! The sound is amazing, and I have tested many of which do not compare to BOSE sound! I wore them at the gym and could hear and be aware of things around me, but also switching to immerse mode helps to tune out the less pleasant playlist in the gym to my own music and made my work out much more enjoyable, and as a result, helped me work out longer than usual! I love that they are not in the ear, but on the outer part of the ear and the controls are super easy to navigate! Highly recommend these!

These new Bose open ear buds are pretty awesome. The only issue I've had is the first pair I bought had some static issues randomly. I meant to take them back for an exchange right away but thought maybe I'd wait for a firmware update. Once there was an available update, I installed it and it seemed to fix the issue. However, shortly after the update the right bud stopped charging and connecting. I exchanged for a new pair and have had zero issues thus far. The sound quality is absolutely incredible for being open-ear buds. They connect immediately and and are easy to pair. They charge to full fairly fast and seem to last for a few hours on a full charge. They take some time getting used to. At first they feel a little awkward to put them on but you get used to it pretty fast. I find that sometimes I forget they are even on. With that said, sometimes, after several hours of wearing them, they can feel like they are pinching your ears but a slight adjustment fixes it quickly. Overall I'm quite happy with them. On a side note, my wife bought a pair of the white/silver model and has had zero issues with hers. She uses hers with her Mac and iPhone and I use mine with an Android phone and an LG TV.

TL;DR too expensive for something that is barely mid-quality. This is my first pair of open earbuds and they’re not bad. I was using AirPod Pro 2 earbuds with my iPhone 15 Pro Max, but they kept falling out of my ear—even with all the options for tips and 3rd party tips. These seemed like the perfect thing: attach directly to the ear so they don’t fall out, open-concept so I can still hear my surroundings, and they’re multi-device capable. Sadly, that’s about where the benefits end. Pros: -They never fall out -The battery life is about 6-8 hours per charge -Open-ear design is neat -Sound quality is still decent Cons: -The design can hurt the ears after extended use -They absolutely suck for phone calls (when they actually do connect to the call, people can barely hear me) -Multi-device pairing mostly works, but randomly decides not to work more often than not. -The case doesn’t support wireless charging (as advertised) unless you buy a separate case cover. It is mostly just frustrating to pay this much money for headphones that don’t deliver. I’ve mostly gone back to using my old AirPods and just dealt with them falling out because call quality is better, multi-device connection is more reliable, and I don’t have to worry about them randomly disconnecting from my primary device.

I enjoy these for everyday wear, sound is great, I like how they feel and look.

These headphones are perfect for anyone that has troubles with in ear headphones. I can wear them all day without any pain which I have never experienced before. The sound is great. I haven't made a call with them yet so I am not sure about the microphone. Sleek and undetected.

Like anything made by Bose the sound quality is amazing. These are wonderful earbuds in that they allow you to hear things going on around you on the outside while giving you crisp clear sound for your music and entertainment. I have only two flaws that in my mind keeps them from being a five star review. 1. Phone calls through these Bluetooth earbuds suck. Truly terrible. It actually stunned me that something from Bose would have that poor quality for a telephone call through them, yet play music so wonderfully. 2. Although the volume of the sound is really good, I personally wish they would play a little bit louder. They will not play as loud as a headset covering your ears, where you can truly jam out, and you can have a similar jam out experience with some earbuds, but the style being open eared does reduce the maximum volume a bit because it’s not sitting inside your ear like other earbuds, but again the sound is wonderful. I use mine all the time when I have to go to get some groceries, I take a nap in my car at lunch or doing some yard work (except mowing… Due to number 2 above, they do not get loud enough to be able to overpower the noise of a mower). For playing music or video games they really are top notch and I would expect nothing less from Bose. All things said, I would highly recommend these earbuds, but I would wait until they’re on sale for $100 or more off. There was a recent sale where you could get them as cheap as $200 at Best Buy. I actually thought about buying a second pair just because the price was so good. Oh, I forgot to mention the case that they come in your standard Case oval shape and fits nicely in your coin pocket in your jeans. The earbuds magnetically snap into place on each side of the earbud case and that’s very handy positions itself to make sure it’s properly connected. It’s a USB-C charger and works really well. If you’re in the market for a good pair of earbuds, I would absolutely look into these.

[Employee of bestbuy] I wanted to try open earbuds and bone conduction headsets so I first tried the Shokz open run pros, they were okay but sound leaks a lot at a medium level of volume. So I opted to these and they are my favorite, I reach for these every single day over my airpod pros 2nd gen. The sound quality is great for open earbuds and bass is pretty decent but the comfort is amazing; no ear fatigue whatsoever it’s pretty scary how you can forget they’re even clipped onto your ears. Overall, I would say they are fantastic but the price is a little steep that’s about it.

They are very lightweight and comfortable. Sound is amazing, as all bose sound should be. However, when you make a call, the person you call can barely hear you. I've adjusted every type of setting to try to make it clearer on the other end. Nothing works. Also, they pick up all of the outside noise from the person calling with these as well. I purchased two sets, one for me and for my husband. When wearing them and calling each other, we could barely hear each other, but I could hear everything around him. Sadly will be returning and trying something different. They are great, if all you use them for is listening to music. Not worth $300 to only listen to music.

So, I love the way these earbuds fit, and sound, especially for an open ear, they sound great, but recently, the left one sounds blown with bass, and I can't figure out why ... Time to use that warranty I guess, but if you're active, these are hard to beat for fit.. they will not fall off unless removing a hoodie or something..
