    I loved everything about this radio until I used the CarPlay audio and the individuals I speak with have a terrible echo in the call audio. I reached out to Boss Audio and they stated there is no resolution to this problem and recommended I return to Best Buy. I am hoping that the installation team has some ideas on how to resolve but want to ensure other buyers are aware of this issue.

    It was working fine first couple of months. Now the screen goes black after having it on for like 20 minutes

    Was told it would have Sirius xm, but when I came in to have it put in I was told it wasn't so I returned it.

    Just got it a few days ago and im absolutely impressed with the quality of the stereo as well as how well the screen resolutions is. For the price of the headunit and all the amazing features you get, like av inputs, front and rear camera compatibility, apple car play, adroid auto, and subwoofer hookups. Best thing ive purchased, also if your system isnt you to connect to apple car play or android auto because the parking break isnt active, take the parking break wire and connect it to the grounding wire if you dont want to spend the time to run the wire properly or possible dont know the wiring harness of your car well enough and dont want to risk tapping into the wrong wire. None the less best stereo for the price and function.

    Bought in April of 2021. Just now getting the harness that would work for my car (they were on back order thanks to Covid) and got it all hooked up and installed and everything works but the sound. Soooo pretty much wasted $400 on a radio I can’t even use..

    So disappointed I pay for installation over $200 and just the screen not working the touchscreen now I have go pay to Uninstall and return it not fair
