The smaller travel both you ball is a nice size, especially if you’re a trainer on the go. There is a bolt that sticks out near the handles on the base that could catch you from time to time. Other than that, it does its job.

This Bosu balance trainer is great for building stability and strength. It’s not too heavy and a wonderful addition to my home gym. The price is right as well.
