This has been a good buy so far. We have been able to use it while on virtual class and my kids when they did a video production class at middle school. Each event provided them the options of a white or warm light which overall led to better camera views. The chats online were not as pal and white and the school project looked better when they finished doing the stop motion product movie. The option of a USB plug was convenient and the ability to articulate the ring mounts and hold a cell phone are great features. It is not an overly powerful light and is only good for up-close subjects. With that being I believe it was a good purchase in the right price point and I would buy again if needed. So far we have not had any issues with it.

Works great for my basic needs with extra lighting for work-from-home Zooms. Great ability to change colors and brightness. It’s not the sturdiest tripod if your goal is to be a social media star with daily videos. For low impact, you can beat this price point. ☺️

If you are looking for an inexpensive way to enhance the lighting for a podcast, and don't have money to buy something more expensive, then this light is the ticket. It does have some good features, such as a broad range from dim to bright enough to give you a headache (lol), and will shift into several different heights and directions. I would've given it a five star, but it is a lot of plastic, which makes me wonder how durable it will prove to be. It does fine, considering what it costs.

Best Gift for a vlogger. Purchased this for my cousin and it gave her broadcast better lighting. Lighting matters and gives a sharper broadcast. It was easy for her to setup.

It was a learning curve to decipher the directions on how to put the stem together and extend it to five feet as advertised. However after using a a few times, I discovered that one must twist the stem to lock it in place. The phone holder required a little effort to stretch it to fit my phone, but it held it firmly in place while in use. One must also pair the remote to use to turn on your phone while filming. This outfit was so much better than another video outfit with the ring light that I bought for $15 elsewhere.

Purchased as a Christmas gift for my preteen daughters. Shipping wasn’t a hassle. Easy to install/connect to their devices. Ring Light is really great I was able to capture pictures/videos in a dim-lit room without it looking distorted.
