B&W Center Speaker - great buy

I can hear things I never heard before. Definitely worth the investment! I plan to keep this speaker setup for a long time.

Great center channel speaker..

They are being driven by a Marantz Receiver and they sound amazing. Anybody want to buy some Bose.....yuck!

Brought the whole sound system together

Great sound and awsome low frequency response

I had the Mirage center and it was good, but very flat on low frequencies. Not a problem at all with this center channel. I also tried the Def Tech center and it was good for movies but not for music. Same low frequency problem.

Surprisingly solid

In other words, the recommended "value" combo on B&W's own website.... but with a REL sub. Originally apprehensive about what others were saying about it and its bigger sibling (muddy, unmatched, etc) all over the audio forums, I thought I'd try it anyways. It's fine. It's not another 685 musically but it doesn't have to be. I have no problem with dialogue clarity. It fits in for a uniform acoustic cinematic experience with my audessy-tuned system. But don't believe me or anyone else -- try it for yourself.

A bit weak with 684s
