Very helpfull with no pressure speaker comparison in the media room. I realize the acoustics in that room are far better than in my accommodations but they did not disappoint.

I am not sure how to describe the Bower & Wilkins speakers other than rich, full range and you must hear them in order to fully appreciate the quality.

I went from a Sony surround sound system, this was a huge improvement! More sound in the 2 speakers than all 5 of the Sony surround speakers.

These are great speakers in a compact package. Very clear and powerful sound.

I needed a small pair of speakers for a stereo for the bedroom, I researched nearly everything on the market and finally decided on the the B&W 605. I wasn't disappointed, the sound quality is better than I expected these speakers sound wonderful. I thought I would need a subwoofer to get bass sense the woofer is only 5" but I was wrong I don't know where all of the bass comes from but there is plenty. I am using a Yamaha R-S300 receiver with 50wpc and there is enough volume to run you out of the room. I'm impressed.

Theses speakers are well worth the money. For such a small bookshelf speaker they fill a room with great and accui sound.
