    Open box, excellent condition (false) the tweeter and speaker are not working, only the two bottom speakers do, I am trying to fix it apparently is the cross over.

    My research paid off. Very satisfied with my first B and W speakers. With a big help from Best Buy Magnolia team, left the store ( Cerritos ) with a big smile.

    I purchased 2 of these, 1 was open box which turned out to be a huge mistake. It was supposed to be excellent condition, it arrived missing the spikes, mounting screws and paperwork. Then when I ran the Marantz software there was a crackling noise coming from the speaker which I believe was a damaged tweeter. Whoever did the check on this should be fired. Even as an open box this speaker was still $1700 dollars. I am extremely disappointed in best buy and may start shopping with crutchfield due to this. Get your house in order best buy.

    Auditioned these at Best Buy and was blown away.Couldnt stop lostenjng to them. Unfortunately i didnt buy them because i could t afford them. One of these days lol.
