I purchased these speakers to replace my outdoor Klipsch speakers that were good speakers. These B & W speakers far surpass the fidelity of my prior speakers. The audio quality is incredible and the bass output is surprising considering the size of these speakers. The bass is not overproduced but is tight and produces a nice thump. I work in the audio/visual industry and we have full concert line array speakers. With these B & W speakers installed, you feel like you have your own "smaller" concert venue in your own backyard!

got them almost half price which seem to be the right price for these. i definitely don't believe they were worth the 599 listed price. they sound pretty decent as long as you dont expect a whole lot of lower tones. they have pretty crispy high tones and good separation. midway power handling they do pretty darn good depending on what is pushing them. im running a simple Onkyo TXSR806 7.1 with smaller cube surrounds and a Velodyne DPS 10 inch Sub. definitely sounds good from a mid-range receiver. these BW'S sound best with dolby digital surround audio. im relatively happy with them

Excellent form factor and of course sound. These are the best speakers you can buy in this price range and still look great after being on the market for 10 years. Bass is much better than the sonos outdoor.

Good sound and looks good when they are hung up. Makes for great conversation piece amongst visitors.

great bass, separation, and clarity and every volume level. Not a huge fan of the mount when using the vertical option, but not a big deal.

These are GREAT outdoor speaker. I bought an initial pair about 3 years ago and recently bought a second pair. In addition to looking good, not just a simple box, they produce excellent sound. The amount of bass they generate is surprising given their size. Highly recommend!

The B&W outdoor speakers are exceptional. They were incredibly easy to install. They have a beautiful modern look, and most importantly, they have incredible sound. I installed them a few weeks ago and have been pleased with the loudness and crispness of the sound for our lanai.

Put these up last fall on my rooftop deck but did not get a chance to use them until just recently. Rich sound, sufficient base, vocals are clear when watching tv.

Great design and great sound. I paired these with a sonos amp for my patio. The amp is indoors, but these are on my patio. They look great. They sound great. Just a little expensive.

I was really impressed with the sound quality of these speakers. Clean sound, great bass. I use them outdoors but I think they actually sound better than my indoor speakers (which are high end)

I had a pair of Modernos by Sonance I bought at BB in 2011 that’s been rocking my patio and outdoor parties that lost a tweeter after 9 years. Tried a pair of Polks and was disappointed as they did not come close to the sound of my beloved Modernos. Decided to go with BW even though the cost seemed high. After installation which was a bit tricky I fired them up with high expectations. And guess what: I could not be happier. The sound is so clear, separation of the music perfect and overall tonal balance a dream. Every instrument, vocal, backing vocal is crystal clear. I hear things in the music I’ve not heard before. All I can say is wow! Buy them but don’t tell your spouse what you paid!

These are the only speakers I would buy. Sleek looking, amazing sound. No backyard/deck should be without these speakers.

I have a set of B&W 702s and was shopping around for outdoor speakers. I first tried to Sonos however the sound quality wasn’t all there. I decided to give the B&Ws a try and I was not disappointed! Fantastic sound quality, great bass and well built. Very satisfied with these speakers.

Speakers are built solid and sound amazing. You can tell B&W take pride in their construction of their speakers. Attention to detail for sure. No wires showing and bass is amazing for the speaker size. can't say enough goods things.

I'm extremely impressed with these for a few reasons. First, give them a listen at the store if you want to hear a difference versus other speakers on display. They stand out. They have a rich and full sound to them with solid bass. They are also high quality build and have a very clean mounting system that's easy to use! Highly recommend!
